I loved the “super sets”. I am doing these at home and my heater only warms up the room so much so these faster paced poses in this class keep my body warm.
I’ve been practicing at Pure in person and online for nearly one year. Somehow just this morning found this video. Solid dialogue and I love your calm steady voice ❤
I liked how descriptive about the poses she is. I wish she and others would speak slower. I have been practicing yoga for 50 years and recently, in the last 5-8 years especially, it seems to have changed from a more spiritual practice to a work out session. Yoga has Always been a spiritual practice. It seems to be more like aerobics now. I love the hot 60 especially if done in slow graceful movements with softer words..It allows the person to experience more deeply a connection to the mind/body and spirit.
Thank you for the feedback Nancy! I agree, the style of the Super Sixty is an invigorating asana practice! The teacher will often mirror the forceful willpower it takes for the practitioner to excel in this style of practice.
Love this class. So jealous of the person with the infrared sauna studio! LOL. But seriously, hot or not, this is a great workout that doesn't feel like "work". 😍
Marie Belle was a really inspiring interview. Once you take her class, you’ll understand the depth of practice and teaching experience she has, and how gracefully she presents the class to the students in front of her. A great example for other yoga teachers to follow! ❤
Hello and thank you for your video presentation. If this is the "beginner" level class, is there a "pre-beginner" level class? Most of what your students are successfully performing is unavailable for me and others who can't yet touch their feet below the ankles, cross their legs at the knees, interlace their fingers behind their backs, or balance successfully on one leg. Is there a Bikram class that better addresses my body?

Yesterday i took this class. Beth encouraged me to do the classes even if they were going to be in room temperature. And I now have done 2 and she is so correct! This class was fun to do· Nora is such a great teacher. There is a 3-pose in this one thanks to Jeff 😂😊❤ Thanks for this video! It was fun doing it in a new environment with my peeps I know 🎉
Just finished this class from all the way in North Carolina! It was great to do a class at while I am away. The room was not warm but it was still a great class. 😊 I felt like I was back at home doing yoga with all my peeps! Thanks for this video, Marty and Jeff!
