Welcome to our humble corner on the RU-vid platform! We are two sisters who travel as a family of five. Each one of us love to explore the world together, including our home country - the UK.
In our travel vlogs, our aim is to let the places we have visited take the limelight - weeeellll, you may see the odd snippet of us somewhere in the vlog 😂 - and hope it will inspire you to find your next travel destination. As the famous quote says 'travel not to escape life but for life not to escape us.'
It depends on the train schedules and how long you wish to stay in Kinosaki. The direct train from Kyoto to Kinosaki is a very limited (two trains in a day, I believe). There are other train options but it’s not direct, so it will also depend on how much your budget is. I would recommend using google maps, it shows all the train schedules for the day - it was very useful.
It’s a perfect and a very unique retreat for everyone, we totally recommend a visit! Please watch out for our new vlog coming soon, and we’ll give more views and info of this awesome treehouse😊
Happily Ever Family another fantastic show. Showing the details in what it takes to produce a winner. I look forward to seeing your future vlogs with your new travel camera.
The unique way you draw your viewers into the show as if they were there with you never ceases to amaze me. Really love it! Very very interesting and enjoyable. Always look forward to seeing your next piece of work.
Another fantastic show with the same attention to detail which is so obvious in all your work. Well done. I now look forward to your next vlog. 10/10 😀
We hope you enjoy more of our spring days in England 😊 remember don’t forget to subscribe to our channel if you wish to see more of our adventures in the future 🌸
Another first class show. Your video quality, choice of music and the information you provide are always impressive. Please keep up the fantastic work 🤩
I don’t understand why your vlogs don’t get thousands of views. This is a pure art as well as a travel vlog 🤩 the time and effort you put into your videos is evident. You are fast developing into a great vlogger Happily Ever Family
This is really interesting for us as we are always looking for new places to visit. The gardens and plants in Powis Castle look awesome. We know Tintern quite well, we have subbed to your channel and hope to follow your adventures. Elaine, Mike, Samuel and Thomas 😍😎👬
Hi 🤗 thank you so much for subscribing to our channel 🥰 we are so looking forward to exploring the UK this year and visiting more National Trust properties - we hope you’ll enjoy our future vlogs.
I thought that the willow trees at Kinosaki Onsen came from West Lake in Hangzhou, China ... but when I asked the local municipal government office they told me this is just a legend ... um, technically, before you enter the baths here you are supposed to pray at Onsen-Ji (but if you are not Buddhist it doesn't matter I think ! ) (^_^)
Thank you so much. So, we visited Japan between the 25th October to the 4th November and the two days in Kyoto and Kinosaki onsen was on the 31st Oct to 1st Nov - so at the very start of the autumn season for Kyoto/Tokyo ☺
I very much enjoyed this show. It’s very clean and to the point and highlighting the beauty of Japan. It has given me the urge to book a trip and see the places you have highlighted.
Awh thank you very much - Japan is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and capturing such beauty on a camera never does it justice. We’re super glad you enjoyed the vlog and inspired your trip to Japan ☺️
Great vid. I really liked the music was so upbeat and chipper. ^^ I hope you continue your work, as I was almost carbon copying your itenary for my trip to japan in February 2025.
Thank you very much ☺️ We’re super glad we have inspired you for your trip in 2025. We would absolutely love to hear about your adventures in Japan, please let us know 🤗
I really like the intro at the beginning of the video that matches the change in the background music ^^ , the vlog has very beautiful colors. Looking forward to your upcoming videos in the future!!!
@@Songbirdstress We really wanted to visited Ine and Amanohashidate which is not far from Kinosaki but we didn’t have the time 😣🙈 Please let us know what it’s like if you have the chance to visit, we’d love to know. So, we visited this Kinosaki on the 31st Oct to the 1st Nov ☺️
@@HappilyEverFamily Thank you. I'm not sure I'll be able to follow in your steps after all because I forgot Takada :). I'm now at a point I can't reasonably extend my stay longer longer (although, I'm sorely tempted :)), but this town looks so beautiful and the views are amazing. I'm going in April.
@@Songbirdstress Oooh not long until your trip then - bet you’re super excited. Fingers crossed the Sakura 🌸 will be in full bloom for you. We hear Takada is a gem for the Sakura season - you’ll have an amazing time for sure 🤗
@@HappilyEverFamily Actually not this April, next April :) I'm planning on catching Sakura at Himeji and Hakodate, and, if elsewhere, so much the better. But I might avoid in other places to escape crowds :)
Thank you ,.For a achange not christmas markets all the way, I loved your presentation of the places you went to,particularly `Kew Garden and the Ritz. just a question do you think youcould get around the light display with a wheelchair? Enjoyed the blog and choice of music with no chatter byr text,
Thank you so much ☺️ Kew’s Christmas light show is wheelchair friendly but just be careful, there are certain ground surfaces that are not smooth and of different gradients which may make it a little difficult especially after a lot rain like when we visited and as it’s dark, seeing the edge of the paths can be tricky, especially when it’s super busy. Just a side note, on their website, they say they offer free wheelchair rentals (on a first come first serve basis)
@@HappilyEverFamily Yes, that's why it was built. Only the legend behind the story is false. Communist partisans (who were mostly Jews) shot civilians who were walking on the Margaret Bridge during the siege. When they were caught, some of them were shot dead on the banks of the Danube. These were terrorists in today's sense, not innocent citizens During WWII, Hungary was a safe haven for Jews.
