Same but different needle and heat setting. I use 4th gen (brand name). Don't do eyes first. Practice on your arm or neck. And don't linger on skin like they do here or it can burn/scar.

I had upper blepharoplasty a year ago, fat was removed, but puffiness is still present. My eyelids look uneven, because on one eyelid puffiness is bigger than on the other. I need urgent treatment, because I am going on holiday in 2 months.
