I started buying stock just about a month ago. Going to be holding for a looooong time. Butterfly is completely undervalued considering the patents, tech, team. This is incredible
Here's something you guys didn't think of with the wired integration. On the battlefield there is sometimes RF jamming that jamms things like wifi. This seems like a great tool for those working to save lives on the battlefield.
Ultrasound in dental care as a preventative measure for heart disease is pretty genius. Wish there was a directory of medical professionals, hospitals, or urgent care centers who used POCUS that patients could search to inform their PCP choice.
just realized the artificial blood vessel in this video is 1cm, thats about the size of the femoral vein. I used this for a peripheral iv line, got it perfect just like in the video a couple of times in a vein about .3cm but its super hard. Hard to pick up the needle like in this video in real tissue full of hyperecho fatty tissue. Love the butterfly for quick examinations in the ER, its part of my physical exam now, really helps make the work up more concise. invest a few extra minutes into the exam and same lots of time down the road.
Family friend passed away from gallbladder cancer. The PCP misdiagnosed as a vitamin deficiency. If his PCP had POCUS and scanned his gallbladder the cancer would have been diagnosed while it was still treatable. It already spread to liver and brain by the time he was scanned in the emergency room. I have an IQ+ and excited for the next gen tech.
Looks and sounds interesting. Am really looking forward to compare it to my IQ+ once it’s available in Germany. So far: amazing job everybody, this device really changed my everyday treating routine!
