The NAR settlement is set to devastate the rental market, driven by what appears to be a fraudulent conspiracy orchestrated by influential players within the government. While everyone is focused on the impact to sales, no one is paying attention to the sharp decline in rental listings. With no incentive to show or even list rentals on the MLS anymore, the market is being crippled. This ruling is part of a calculated effort to undermine the real estate industry for personal gain, creating a problem with a preplanned solution. Ketchmark and the judge involved in this case appear to be complicit in this orchestrated chaos, and it's essential to follow the trail of big money backing them to uncover the true motives at play.
Probably because they’re allowing billion dollar corporations to come in and buy single family homes by the 10,000s at a time. This is NOT okay. If you didn’t buy before 2020 you are fucked.
Thanks for checking out our video! Florida deals with a lot of weather and tourism greatly affects their home values. We've had a lot of buyers heading out to Georgia, there are a lot of universities and hospitals around, a lot of the film industry is there now, and there is a lot less red tape for landlords or home owners. Have you thought about moving there in the near future?
Under the co-ownership program, our min. 1/8 ownership price is only $525K, and estimated yearly profit is around $22K or higher. Plus gets 20 days to use and enjoy at the resort and staying in your villa.
Yeahhhh, gonna say your projections are a little off. The way laws are being passed and exponentially rising crime, businesses leave. They don't want their stores being robbed and nothing done about it.
Thanks for checking out the video Eric! Things are doing quite well in the South Bay. The City is definitely different and I agree it starts with government policies. Let us know if you have any real estate questions man 😎
Thomas Feng and Alyssandra are great people to work with. They are very information and patient and have a lot of empathy towards the buyer and seller. I highly recommend
We had a woman neighbor from the deepest depths of Hell for over 20 years. Physical altercations, court dates, noise and oder nuisances, privacy issues, constant verbal assaults, you name it…. Then, after 23 years her husband got sick and passed away (at home) within months very unexpectedly. When he died, the truth regarding their finances was revealed. He’d left his stay at home (American) wife penniless and owed huge sums of money which his wife had no ability to pay. She was forced to beg for money for funeral expenses and she immediately was in danger of foreclosure and had NO cash in the bank, no savings, no 401k, no life insurance. Her children refused to help her and she discovered that her husband had been sending tens of thousands of dollars back home to his country to fund the building of a house that was not completed yet and it was set up to transfer to his family (in that country) upon his death. She was forced to sell her home here, go on food stamps, file bankruptcy and move out without anywhere to go and NOBODY to help her!!! She had to give away or leave rooms full of furniture and belongs because she had no way of talking anything with her. She ended up finding a job (1st one in her life at 50 years old) as a maid in a hotel working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. She and her two adult children moved into a two bed hotel room all while cussing, fighting, screaming and yelling at each other like wild bobcats!! KARMA is for REAL!!!
