Dr. Heyman has such an awesome comprehensive plan. Anyone know where one could get the BPC-157 as a nasal spray? I've only seen it on the market as a supplement or injectable.
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 *📜 Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine* - Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) utilizes non-contemporary methods like pulse and tongue diagnosis. - Practitioners aim to uncover subtle signs and patterns of information in patients. - Training in TCM involves developing sensory capacities to gather relevant information subjectively. 02:08 *🧬 Integrated Physiology and Conventional Medicine* - Conventional medicine compartmentalizes the body into discrete systems for treatment. - Integrated physiology views the body as a system of systems, recognizing patterns that dictate health and illness. - Advancements in measurement tools and data analytics allow for more comprehensive understanding of physiological patterns. 03:47 *🔄 Stress Response and Allostasis* - Allostasis refers to stability through change, crucial for survival. - The stress response involves various physiological processes beyond the HPA axis, affecting cardiovascular, metabolic, and immune systems. - Treatment strategies aim to restore allostasis, emphasizing overall function and balance rather than just treating specific diseases. 05:06 *🔍 Understanding Stress Response Mechanisms* - Stress triggers metabolic responses geared towards survival, enhancing physical capabilities. - Prolonged stress leads to dysregulation of various bodily systems, resulting in diminished resilience. - Impaired stress response manifests through psychological, behavioral, and physiological changes. 12:05 *🧠 Stress-Immune-Brain Interaction* - The brain's response to stress involves a complex interplay with cortisol, affecting immune and brain function. - High cortisol levels, induced by stress, can lead to neurodegeneration, particularly impacting areas like the hippocampus. - Chronic stress may result in a shift from hormonally driven responses to immune system dominance, increasing inflammation. 17:44 *🌀 Stress Impact on Gut-Immune-Brain Axis* - Stress influences the gut-immune-brain axis, leading to neuroinflammation, immune suppression, and hormonal shifts. - Cortisol's role in stress modulation affects immune balance, potentially exacerbating inflammation. - Chronic stress can disrupt the body's adaptive responses, contributing to neurodegeneration and immune dysregulation. 20:18 *🧠 Impact of Stress on the Hippocampus* - Prolonged stress can damage the hippocampus, affecting its ability to regulate the stress response. - Cortisol elevation due to stress damages the hippocampus, leading to a cascade of effects such as increased cortisol levels, brain damage, and a shift towards a pro-inflammatory state. - Structural and functional alterations in the hippocampus, including volume loss, reduction of excitability, and memory alterations, occur due to long-term stress. 23:05 *🔥 Effects of Stress on Brain Health* - Chronic stress accelerates neurodegeneration and inhibits the brain's ability to heal and repair itself. - Stress-induced hippocampal atrophy and dysfunction contribute to cognitive deficits and dysregulation of the stress response. - Microglial cell activation, dendritic retraction, and glutamate pathway triggering exacerbate brain injury under prolonged stress conditions. 24:26 *🤯 Interplay Between Cortisol and the Immune System* - Cortisol and the immune system have a complex relationship, with cortisol affecting immune cell function directly. - Stress-induced cortisol elevation shifts T helper cell balance towards TH1 or TH2 pathways, influencing allergic or autoimmune responses. - Cortisol, along with the sympathetic nervous system, modulates immune cell activity, impacting inflammatory responses. 26:32 *💡 Brain and Gut Interaction under Stress* - Stress affects the gut-brain axis, leading to alterations in gut permeability and immune responses. - Immune-mediated alterations in the gut, such as histamine release and mucosal barrier dysfunction, exacerbate gut symptoms under stress. - Dysbiosis and stress-induced serotonin degradation in the gut can contribute to neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration. 31:49 *🔄 Adaptive Responses to Prolonged Stress* - Prolonged or repeated exposure to stress stimuli can lead to hypocortisolism as an adaptive mechanism to free bodily defenses against immune threats. - Hypocortisolism may protect against the harmful effects of a high allostatic load index, indicating the body's adaptive response to chronic stress. - Flattening of the cortisol curve is associated with worse outcomes across various health conditions, indicating the importance of cortisol regulation for overall health. 39:40 *🧠 Impact of stress on health outcomes* - Flattened cortisol patterns are associated with worsened health outcomes in cancer, cardiovascular issues, and diabetes. - Stress and sleep disruption can hinder neurogenesis, the production of new neurons in the adult brain. - Ongoing stress interferes with neuronal renewal and survival, affecting brain repair processes. 40:20 *🧬 Mediators of stress impact on brain function* - Stress and sleep disruption inhibit both proliferation and survival of adult progenitor cells, essential for neurogenesis. - Neuroinflammation and excitation stall neuronal progression, impacting brain repair mechanisms. - Lasting inhibition of adult neurogenesis can occur despite cortisol normalization after initial stressors. 42:14 *🌱 Strategies to mitigate stress effects* - Botanicals like philodendron and magnolia help normalize high cortisol levels, reducing stress and anxiety. - Theanine, extracted from green tea, acts as a natural anti-anxiolytic, promoting calmness and focus without sedation. - Plant sterolins modulate and balance immune responses, targeting TH1, TH2, TH17, and T reg cells to restore immunologic balance. 45:40 *🧪 Advanced approaches for brain protection* - Rg3, derived from Chinese ginseng, exhibits potent anti-inflammatory properties, protecting the brain from microglial cell activation and oxidative stress. - Nicotinamide riboside, a vitamin B3 derivative, serves as an NAD precursor, safeguarding the nervous system against degradation and degeneration. - Case study illustrates a comprehensive treatment approach targeting infections, immune balance, and stress support to restore cortisol levels and alleviate symptoms. I spent thousands of dollars on Functional medical Dr.’s trying to heal from CIRS and never fully healed because the nasal spray’s didn’t completely kill the Marcons. I just got re-exposed to mold and have to do the protocol again on my own. Thank you for putting this on RU-vid
@@insertmyidentityhere Did you get exposed to mold? You have to do the detox protocol. It's tough to get rid of but just have to keep at it and slowly feel better. And now there is a connection btwn. mold and Covid, the 2 ignite one another.
Hi Dr., would you please share the phospholipid agent that you use or a good one? I’ve had mold exposure several times and haven’t been able to fix my cell or metabolism. Thanks
I passed VCS, my inflammatory markers are down to a point where I can take VIP according to my doctor. I got rid of MARCoNS. However, I still have a lot of Lyme symptoms. Can I still use VIP spray? My doctor says yes but I would kind of like a second opinion. Has anyone else heard if chronic Lyme will cause issues with using VIP spray?
I've heard of Flourish Clinic in Canada - a guy named Mark does the Shoemaker protocol and is only taking CIRS patients now. I heard someone in a group for CIRS say he's been very helpful for them. Not sure what area of Canada, but I think he does telehealth.
Words cannot describe how mind blown and grateful I am to you. As a NICU nurse I started experiencing symptoms at work, sudden bouts of horrific brain fog amongst other symptoms. They eventually followed me home. The allopathic path just has had me spinning my wheels and suffering. I am using my intuition and knew all along my environment plays a role in my wellness. Thank you again and I am forever inspired and hope I can regain my spark!
What is the test you are using to do the gene information that you were showing, are other providers able to send the patients information to have this test done?
I take the Prince of Peace liquid Ginseng extract and wow does it perk my brain up. I assumed this was because of an effect that ginsenosides have on PDE receptors (leading to vasodilation). It’s too bad that society treats me like garbage. I understand everything this guy is saying and there’s nothing the medical system does about any of this (it’s really too expensive).
I have almost all of these metabotypes. Adrenal dysfunction, thyroid disfunction, gut and immune dysfunction. brain fog. Neuro-vascular for sure..I get stabbing pins and needles in my hands and feet. My HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) showed really poor liver function. I don’t detox anything. it all gets stored in my body. and I have hormone issues. high androgens presenting as pcos and low progestrone resulting in miscarriages.
Hi. You are on the right track. There is a great doctor that worked at Dr. Heyman’s office. Just left to do her own practice. These doctors are expensive but i can give you her contact info if interested.
I could listen to Andy all day…and have many a day-must admit like someone else I was a bit peeved at the cliffhanger stuff at the end. Assuming he was going to follow up and has so far not I’ll say!?!? Anyway…I’m off to order after 3-4 years of not taking it ATP by Cellcore mitochondrial-see how I go I suppose. Their Biotoxin binder is bloody good.
Thanks so much for your presentations. My doctor had me on charcoal for 8months and no surprise I did not improve. I have convinced her to give me Cholestyramine and starting to see improvements after a couple of weeks.
Thank you Dr for studying this and ofc the great Dr Naviaux. I suffer from ME/CFS after SARS2. Hoping this work may lead to some discoveries than can help w this.
Have you checked if peptide sciences or Canlab will ship to you? Reconstitute 6mg with 18mL saline into a nasal sprayer for ~50mcg spray if nasal spray is .15mL per spray.
Do you guys use local doctors or online doctors? Can the supplements you take only be prescribed from someone? Or can some supplements be gotten easily?
I love the work you and Shoemaker are doing. But It is so frustrating that after GENIE has been available for many years, you still are report such tiny sample sizes that it's hard to trust it's applicability across the board. Especially since so many other doctors say their patient populations are different and don't respond to Shoemaker protocol and have different types of protocols.
Dr. S. wants to certify practitioners to use his protocol. After it, they must follow it step by step. But all patients are different. That's why we prefer to use ideas from different sources and create individual protocols for different patients. And it's totally fine for me :) But I love Dr. Heyman and the way how he shares his information :)
I had symptoms of classic chronic fatigue syndrome for 4 years until I changed environment and began experiencing new symptoms during and following prolonged exposure ( weeks or months ) to what I was told was stagnant water from a large water leak, new symptoms appeared in the next 2 + years but initially I only noticed a type of stomach dysfunction, and possibly reduced ability with high level thinking and motivation, also blurred vision that I mistook for lazy eye, it wasn't until about a year later though that many new symptoms typically associated with CIRS appeared e.g. dehydration, being sunburned easily, new types of pain and strange neurological sensations, way more issues with chemical sensitivities than I previously had.
Yup. Chronic Inflammation from seed oils and grains , sugars that we eat everyday. I have Sarcoidosis so I believe they are basically the same thing. Its just Chronic inflammatory response of the Lymph nodes. Mine grew granulomas to 3.4 CM and 4.1 CM. Carnivore diet is the ultimate inflammation tool imo,
Your buffer and tolerance should grow as your genomics turn back off and you heal. But take welchol before and after when knowing you’ll be exposed. Continue to reduce your toxic load if sensitive.
Another piece of the puzzle. Great stuff. I can’t believe more people are not on this. A lot of chronic “diseases” are this for sure. I hazard a guess that if not dealt with that cancer will be the final outcome of years of this. I believe the mitochondria must influence/ effect the endothelial in some sort of way too. Toxic lipids also. In very recent times it also seems that uric acid may also play a roll in this danger response, or not being able to regulate it. Allopurinol with vitamin c and the bioflavonoids might have some efficacy as well. Urolithin A may work for some people. Interesting times, so much to learn. So much recent game changing science. Search supplements for mitochondria disease.
Dr. Heyman's lectures to doctors(RU-vid) and these are SUPERB ! My doctor is being taught by Dr. Heyman and Shoemaker. I have suffered for 60 years with C.I.R.S and only in the last year after my doctor attended a Heyman lecture and mentioned it to me, I now have the answer to a life of intense suffering ! We've done much testing and treatment with welchol and now treating the Marcon's with EDTA.The welchol has cleared out much toxin's and things are bright and beautiful for the first time in 50 years or so. But the brain is still injured and needs to repair from VIP treatment. That's coming up this winter! To find the answers to this horrendous illness is a miracle in itself ! Highly Recommend all thing's C.I.R.S. related here on youtube especially Dr. Heyman's Lectures, which most lay people can probably grasp most of the material !!
Dr Scott McMahon at the 2019 Fort Lauderdale Mold Congress describes how CFS researchers were "aware" of Mold at Ground Zero for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but STILL couldn't figure out it. Hard to believe doctors can be so dense, but doctors prove that is just how dumb they are. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9zqiPNnqvOA.html
If you wish to learn about the relationship of toxic mold to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, you can watch this video from Dr Nancy Klimas's Nova Southeastern institute for Neuro Immune disorders. You probably haven't heard of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but you can also read the chapters "Mold at Ground Zero for CFS" in Dr Shoemakers books Mold Warriors and Surviving Mold. I suppose Dr Heyman must not have read them for he appears to know nothing about the relationship of mold and this famous syndrome. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YbkqrNvvMgw.html
I actually found an MD CIRS certified in Asheville, NC that takes Medicaid! Unbelievable! Dr. Oenbrink ! I also Ozone my home 1-2 times per week. Each and every room and have tested w/ mold armor hundreds of times and it seems to stay gone about 5 days. I also know it is working because I have lost 14 lbs. in one month and even in the past 2 years I have been fasting daily , keto ect and GAINING a ton of weight. Ozone has a learning curve and you must read directions as you have to leave the home and have no pets or anything living ect. around for at least 8 hours or so. Excited to make some progress so that I can make money to to get out of this nightmare. Went from having over 50+ employees owning a call center earning millions of dollars to welfare in a matter of no time. Fungus ALWAYS wins. You have to move or remediate. I believe that Mold is the root of EVERY SINGLE ILLNESS! Not inflammation- MOLD causes inflammation! Also check out Doug Kaufmann RU-vid videos about Fungus lol- he is AMAZING! Seek and you will find! I am Praying for each and every one of you!
There’s a list of practitioners on surviving mold website. Some even do ad hoc visits. You can do most of this process on your own, through plush health type of doctors if you what you’re doing. Binders and oil are not hard to obtain.
I've had problems since I had covid. Only positive tests I've gotten back are mold related. There for sure seems to be an overlap of symptoms for most people with long covid.
Sometimes I can't help but notice the years where everything outside was severely moldy, indoor plants were moldy, pets sick, myself and family all sick. The way we use energy and frequencies influence our health so much. Not all bad, we will get it balanced out but for now and certainly peak pandemic it's a rough time still for most life. Don't get me started on wireless delivery of medications and the trial and error that people experience from that. Oh wait that doesn't exist. 😅
