I only use the 2020 one every two weeks and I want to keep the unit for many years and have it as a collector's item. Although they say the Lincoln Navigator is much better, I prefer the retro 1950s design on my beautiful Escalades. Unfortunately. NOT impressed....Shame...I was a big supporter of Cadillac... Finally gave up after having noting but problems with my XT5 and just got rid of my CT6....JUNK...They are going to go the way of Oldsmobile and Pontiac.....I give it 5 years!!!!!

2 things: To get the cool seats, you need the Climate Package/Option. If you choose the 2019, then you cannot disable the Auto Stop/Start feature, but the 2020 has included the button (on the screen left bottom) to turn that off. That was a show stopper for us on the 2019,and we excluded the 2019 XT5, and we have now included the 2020 Caddy XT5 in our top 3 since that can now be turned off.
