Great job , but all that banging of rifles on the floor eventually destroy both floor and rifle? how many if any of these guys ever reach high positions in the military ?

As a new exhibition commander, I have a question to why their commander is within the squad and not commanding alongside them. Is that a choice to do so or is it based on something else? I am also viewing these competition videos to get an idea for our squad's routine.
I am the commander in this video, we organized this over a variation of components. My angle of attack on it was, a saber component looks beautiful as THE commander however it was my LAST performance at nationals and I couldn't give it up. Hope that quickly sums it up.
