This kinda makes me sad cuz i stopped playing AJ because of that. Some months ago i logged into my account and all my rares were gone, i tought it was just a glitch, but It wasn't. I didn't even react because i'm already a adult but If i was still a kid i would prob have cried. This situation plus all my friends abandoning the game lead me into quitting AJ. Even still i will always carry this game into my heart, cuz it made my childhood.
8 years ago I came across this channel. I didn't have my own phone, I didn't have a RU-vid account, I had solely my brother's tablet. I was 10, it was the first time I was watching a series of a game I liked. It was the first time I realized other people could be as fanatic as me for an interest of mine. My life at this time was practically resumed to bullying and I'd grown to believe nothing I liked was ever truly interesting, so when I found Animal Jam, my favorite game, had a giant fanbase, I was over the moon. It was also probably my first time watching something entirely in English and understanding most of it on my own, and I was proud of that. I fell in love with the characters, with the story, with the amount of ever increasing heart and quality put into it, that even at 10 years of age didn't go unnoticed by me. Now I'm 18, life has taken a turn I could've never guessed the last time I was here. But I guess some things never change. I still relate to Faith, root for her and Luke, and overall find the Hopps such a sweet and welcoming family role model. I feel nothing but gratitude and nostalgia for this series, for this channel. I don't know if you'll ever read this, Cherry, but in case you do, thank you. I hope you know how much joy, entertainment and inspiration you brought to an entire generation of jammers, both from your country and beyond. We might look at the things we loved as kids and find them silly, but I will never see it that way. Simplicity isn't silly, it's happy. Thank you once again for your wonderful work, all your effort paid off greatly. And ps: I'll always remember how you came up with Hopps as a bunny surname before Disney LOL. Much love from Brazil ❤
At Christmas I dressed my Sheltie with a green & red elf hat, a scarf and vest. Then we went to a public Christmas display with dozens of small children. I told them he was Santas Elf Dog. The children and parents enjoyed the reactions.
