Every single young player gets a chance Every day in training, don't do it there, then they're not good enough,, the ones that go out on loan are seen as potential and need first team experience. Occasionally 1 or 2 will get a chance with Celtic and some may leave Celtic and go on to have successful careers but Hundreds have left Celtic and nobody has heard of them again.
