These talented singing dancers really get feisty when things start to heat up. I actually like how they make those costumes and makeup so life-like.

I saw this play on Broadway in April, 1981, and I bought the original soundtrack. Wonderful seeing it again here.

This production seems ill conceived. Why are the "voices" in the They're Playing Our Song number? Why are the boys doing hand movements to their heads where it is Sonia who sings "My mind is in such a mess"? Someone hasn't done their research.

Awesome dancing though! Hot!

I don't believe for a second that he is playing the piano. I think the actor should have made that a little more specific and detailed. The generic thumping is distracting from the scene.

2014 is my 28th year attending Stages performances. It has been a great ride for me. The performances are unique since all facets of each play are recreated here in St. Louis by the talented Stages staff. I am proud to volunteer for Stages.

You didn't mention in your history with this show that you played Tevye in high school - and we remember that you were fabulous in that!
