🐬 Coconut Crusted Fish with Coconut Lemon Butter Sauce Coconut Crusted Fish 4 white fish fillets (6 oz) Dredge each fish in flour, then egg, then place shredded coconut on fish top side. Place 1 Tbsp of sauce in pan, place fish on top of sauce to steam, cover with lid, reduce heat to lowest setting and steam for 20 minutes. Serve on plate and top coconut crust with sauce.
