Hey I've never really measured the water to coffee ratio but I'd say that I use the espresso shot glass/mug is the standard so you have those tiny cups I'd advise you use that as a base even for your cappuccino etc experiment with it until you get the right brew for you 😉

Hallo I think Tom Ford Rose Prick or delina is close but a bit more pricey as they are rose fragrances ..... I'm yet to find a reasonably priced dupe of the.same fragrance. I hope this helps
