I am a part time (for now) wig wearer since about November 2019. I invite you to learn with me as I provide reviews on mostly lesser known, affordable, budget-friendly wigs, as well as a few familiar styles. I want to share how I sometimes have to work at making a wig my own and tips and tricks I use.
Join the party! Have some fun with me along the way as I explore wearing and styling wigs.
All wigs in my reviews have been purchased with my own funds unless otherwise specified.
I have always wondered about this color, 38, but too scared 2 try. I do look best in ash tones. But, not gray. So happy u went outside. I wz hoping that it dznt look gray from a short distance. 😊
The color loos good on you and it looks really cute when fixed it up especially when you tuck it back. And you look fine without makeup….couldn’t even tell. Totally agree with you…. I like summer just w/o the heat and humidity 😅
Hi Robin! Thank you for showing us your garden! You have done a lot of work planting everything! Your vegetables look wonderful! I love that you have planted so many flowering trees and shrubs. Getting a new yard established takes time. Here in Michigan we have had alot of rain too. And it is hot (89 today)! I have lived here at this house for over 20 years now and it is still a work in progress. My mom told me to plant alot of flowering shrubs that get berries and they are nice now. (for the birds) I hope that you have a good week and that you feel better.
That is a beautiful wig and color! I just ordered Coco in Iced Mocha and I am excited to get it! It's really too bad about that basic cap and the hairline. I might try pulling out some of your own bio hair (?) or cutting in some baby hairs so that you can style them and have them come out from under the front of the cap. It might make it look a little more natural.
@@robinswigparty6637 My bio hair is gray, until I happen to color it. I found some great root touch up powder on Amazon that i use to "color" my baby hairs and then smooth them down with hairspray or gel. Casts a nice shadow and hides hairlines that you may not be fond of
Please take it from someone who doesn't know you, I think that's a great color on you and the style looks awesome as well. No one in the world would know that this isn't your natural hair. I have 25 wigs; been wearing them for 10 years, and I STILL feel like it's obvious that I'm wearing a wig. I've had to learn that what other people see is not what we see, so I just leave the house knowing that others are going think I've got amazing hair, so I hope you're enjoying this wig. I have Rosalie in Honey and like her a lot. Buttered Toast is probably the best PY color for me, but I do like to get different colors as I like variety in all aspects of my life. Hope this helps. Blessings from Carson City NV 💛💐🙏🏼
Thanks for your time! I really like the cute cut and I like the dark root! Looks very natural and would never guess it's a wig. If I saw you in the grocery store I would be thinking..I love that cut
Hi Robin! I love Summer Heat on you! Have you tried the color F12/26? I have a bunch of TWC wigs in this color. It has the ash and some light brown, and some neutral blonde. I also wear 18/22 and 17/101. I can wear a 56 also. This is a great wig! Have a good weekend! (these colors are close to my ashy/gray)
Using eye shadow makeup, root touch-up hair spray, or even furniture markers a root on a wig can be created to improve a natural appearance, hide permatease, or disguise a weft.
I have to admit, when I finally pulled the trigger and bought it years after the hype died down - it wasn't what I thought it was going to be... So I can relate to your initial first impression... I don't know how some of got the look they did in it - i had to clip it up to find a look i could live with lol Your right, it doesn't need a root - its got so much variation it looks Rooted without the extra 🎉
So disappointing to open the box and not see what your expecting. My head circumference is the same as yours it's surprising how a style looks different on other people 👍
Hi Robin! I love beautiful choice on you! You look so pretty! I have three of them, but have not seen this color. I really like it! Thanks for the video! Have a good rest of your week!
