@@BrotherlyReviews ahh okay cause i just replaced my mufflers recently to the same ultra quiet res. It sounds great was unsure if i should do this if the sound was that much better
@LunAticSTINGER2.5t i’ll have to do a side to side comparison once I do a POV video like I did a couple months ago with the previous setup, but if you’re looking for some more horsepower, this would be one of the ways to go.
beautiful build man! i’ve been thinking about installing the AEM v2 CAI but held off since i was afraid i’d lose some low end torque, but you said you gained some?
Those spacers were the real problem here. Those are sus as hell. Get some higher quality spacers and you’ll be fine. Spacers are not the problem 99% of the time unless they are garbage quality or the installer installs them incorrectly.
The spacers I’m currently using are hubcentric. The adapters in the video that got damaged had cheap quality nuts, which caused the issue of getting them off the car. Sadly I wouldn’t have had to resort to any brand/type/quality of spacers had Ferrada taken accountability for their mistake.
@@BrotherlyReviewsLol, maybe my comment was misleading. Fully aware of 22 being the first year of the 2.5l, I know previous years magnaflow for the 2.0 bolts up to the 2.5l, so I didn't know if this was specific for the 2.5 or if this was the 2.0 that can also bolt to the 2.5
@@BrotherlyReviewsthank you very much! I'm definitely going to look into this. I just put on the AFE takeda CAI, my velossa tech is shipping to me and wanting a nice exhaust that wouldn't require a tune, given I'm eventually going to buy not atm.
@snow86man I have the same intake for mine also. Love it! The exhaust complimented it well too. I would suggest investing in a JB4 tuner if you haven’t already. Wakes the car up alot!
They do the same thing. More of just a preference, but the paddles serve better in terms of keeping both hands on the wheel instead of removing one hand from the wheel to shift with the lever.
Same car. Only mine Is SEL. No spoiler had the entry / lock keypad. Same style Same light display. Different rims. After 8 years. Having to replace the tranny lines to radiator. But these ford's MOVE. Over 90 they become loose. Mines dual exhaust and double catalytic converter. But man. Same body and all. My miles are way less for a 2011. Like 85000. Mines fully loaded. But you got a good ride. As soon as I fix mine up. Prolly trading it in.
@tristanpyrtle8643 oh there’s no comparing some off-brand tire to Continentals lol I only got these Acceleras cos I sold my factory 18s and picked up these GT wheels for dumb cheap. I still like them though. Quiet and comfortable. And I’ve used them on a previous vehicle.
Not sure what I’m gonna do yet. Somebody did give me the suggestion for carbon fiber tips to help smoothen it out . As for downpipes, I’m not sure if I want to do that as I heard they can void warranty.
I have a 2012 eel fusion 2.5, so reliable I got it at 17 and at 21 I put 30k miles on it easily and only had to do the brakes, valve cover gasket as well as the whole front suspension with cv axles but the suspension was still solid for the most part. Amazing vehicle for a daily if the transmission and engine goes I’ll most likely just throw in a new drivetrain
Had to replace the front driver side shaft and support bearing plus seal 🦭 left and right , and belt tensioner over the years but a great vehicle, I’ve had all the good ones in the past in the seventies, Mustangs , Chevelles , Dodge , Chrysler and this is the best car I have owned .
