Helping Families Thrive for 20+ Years

If your child has been diagnosed with autism or other special needs, you want them to lead a life of resilience, happiness, and fulfillment.

While these goals are common to all parents, the pathway required to achieve them is unique to each child.

That’s why our passionate and dedicated team specializes in the use of tailored treatment programs based on contemporary, family-focused applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy as well as clinical insights and best practices we have refined through our decades of service to the autism community.

Our services help your child:
• Build language and communication skills
• Develop social and play skills, while forming friendships
• Increase flexibility and tolerance for new routines and experiences
• Decrease tantrums, meltdowns, eating selectivity, and other behaviors that can interfere with learning and growth
• Prepare for and succeed in school

That's very wrong and harmful to other Autistics to say "Autism doesn't have a face." Yes, it DOES have a face when you are an Autistic person with Autistic facial dysmorphism. Not every Autistic person has physical morphological signs of being Autistic, but some of us do. And, we don't just "walk down a street" indistinguishable from a Neurotypical. I have been spotted and name-called "Hey retard" while "just walking down the street" on at least 4 occasions by groups of Neurotypical people ranging up to 10-12 in the groups, who start chasing me and mean certain and definite harm and injury to me just because I have Autistic facial dysmorphism.

ABA is literal child abuse, and was developed by the same person that created gay conversion therapy. That alone should be a clear enough indicator to stay miles away from it. There, answered your question.

I like the way you explained what priming is. I was struggling with the definition. Now I understand that I use priming every day.

Parents are babying adult children in the 30s 40s well into their 50s these are adults with high functioning asbergers. At chuech im seeing seniors walking the money basket down the aisle not teens, because teens are coming to church like back in the 60s. Young adults of today cannot get off the texter. Its because they have become antisocial.

Absolutely wonderful insight into the mind and sensory experience. Far better than what is available in the average educational setting. And I like the way she dismisses the permissive and not pushing at all approach that is being forced forward currently. When you don’t push a little in the right direction, progress stops or goes backwards.

Thank you for enlightening me on thinking in pictures. My 15 yr old son is autistic and this is how he thinks. I didn't quite understand it until you explained it. I pray for him to find what makes him more comfortable in his life. Keep fighting and advocating for the future of autism. Thank you!

As long we get older with autism we move forward and never look back that’s our goal but the past is foggy and already forgotten ever since when we were little kids we used to be silly and funny about it and we cried meltdown with anxiety and all that which is normal because everyday will have a better days to the future that is being joy of happiness and leave sadness in the past thank you very much for our support 🙏

"ABA is not exclusively for treating individuals with Autism, but is seen as the most relevant and effective form of treatment for Autism diagnosis"? What? Who wrote that pickup line on your hand? That's such a turnoff, lol Friday, January 6, 2023 CE, 09:51 EST

Even regular kids parents can benefit from general parenting classes. Totally. When I just had 1 toddler or 1 and an infant, I was fried and would find myself flipping out over relatively small stuff. Then a 3 rd kid or 4th came and we began noticing differences that seemed odd with one of the now toddlers… So easy to get pulled into an undertow and feel you’re drowning.
