I saw this lotus on the road earlier this summer in SLC. I loved what I saw so much, I just bought my own '84 Esprit. Such a beautiful car. I have to say, the "G Body" style is timeless and sleek!
I know these are 10.5 but what’s the offset cause I was running 18x8.5 30 offset and I had hella poke and needed a lot of camber but his wheels are a lot more aggressive but fit easily
Ola, seria possivel voces me darem o endereço da loja que compraram os 4 para lamas flexiveis? Achei lindos e nao encontro igual...............Hi, could you give me the address of the store where you bought the 4 flexible fenders? I thought they were beautiful and I can't find anything like them.
Bulb error!!? Open/short circut to B+!? DONT FORGET TO DISABLE YOUR REAR SIDE MARKERS. euro lights don't have the little red tic tac in the tails. I was looking for error and then realized rear side markers trying to turn on where there are none will cause issue!!! Hope it helps someone!!
I have the same problem. I’m glad you shared! Where did you find the instructions for turning it off? I also have the problem that the blinkers only work if I’m braking.
@matiasgalilea5969 I looked online. Shut off tic tac side markers mk7.5. Not too hard to find... oddly. I do occasionally get the error, but not always.. if I start the car, wait 60 seconds before turning headlights on the error rarely comes. Not 100% sure why. Vland is what I have.
@matiasgalilea5969 you need a harness from dap or "zero" (forget his whole name)on the mk7 forums. It's like 200 plus wiring them plus coding. I'm not in a rush just prefer the tails for $200 ($150 after partial refund)
Where did you buy or find that black trim for the outside of three shift boot?? I’ve been searching the web looking for that exact part for 2 years now 🤣🤣
What's on the top of the lift? I see what looks like Cromodora CD99's, is it a FIAT or an Alfa, or?? SL55 can theoratically do between 203-208MPH delimited STOCK. The engineersin Germany got 202 out of it but as wea know it's regulated to 155 or 186 depending on MY. (driven by tire rating)
This is not actually correect- the "link" between the engine coolant circuit and supercharger circuit is a small tube that basically ensures that the supercharger circuit always has coolant in it, but you are not running engine coolant temperature coolant through the supercharger. In fast, if you isolate the two circuits you'll find the actual temp drop in the IC circuit is negligible- even though VRP and everybody else sells an isolation kit. Nobody mentioned FUEL as the reason you got detonation- even though fuel is a huge factor. One BIG advantage of a methanol or alcohol injection system is it lowers detonation risk by changing the fuel to an alcohol based mixture that is less prone to both detonation or preignition. One thing a lot of people don't consider and then blow up their engines in the spring is that OLD fuel degrades by the octane braking down into heptane and then hexane, greatly increasing detonation risk- and why it is so so important to have FRESH fuel for high boost. But thern again if you werre running a 700HP tune withoiut and cooling mods, expecting the computer to pull timing fast enough to save the engine is, well, I don't think even possible at that boost level. Even with a 74 clutched pulley you need some kind of cooling mods unless it's winter, with a fixed pulley obviously the SC cannot declutch so you are relying solely on timing dialback to save the engine and any kind of thermistor in the intake tract is going to have some lag just in the time it takes the actual element to change temperature. Good luck.
Couple of questions…. How does it stay in place once its done? Can it be done on both sides? And does the box has to have any sort of hole for the sub to release air?
talking about deals i used to be the same with friends giving my parts for the low and when they were reselling they were asking for actual price and when i used to tell em to resell em to me for the same amount i sold them they stop they ignore me 😅😅😅😅
