In my both my arms 0. My body fat percentage is 6.5%(All year round, I don't face any problem with it). I have 1.5x shoulder to waist ratio .My core is like a symmetrical 10pack abs core but Currently have 0 abs( I don't train even a bit but when I train in 3rd Day I see my 4 abs). Only difficulty is very hard for me to gain weight.( I am 5ft 9 at 15 And weight is 113.3pounds/51.5kgs)

I knew a South East Asian girl for 3 years and I went half way around the world for her I really wanted to marry her ,but I wanted to give it a bit of time as I met her face to face for the first time as I knew from online, any way we went out and did some site seeing and so on, I thought things was going ok but i told her we should get to know each other take some time as we just met face to face for the first time. But to cut this story short I went to my country and things looked ok, but then she told me she met a white off the plane and she is going to marry him, I asked her how long she knew him, she told me 12 months online and he flew over and they got married straight away, got to say he is a white Russian guy. As for me I'm a man of colour, a mixed race guy. 3 years wasted a lot of Asian women think that marring a white guy is a step up the social ladder, plus they think that white men are more able to give them a better way of life, more money financial security and so on. They think what they see and hear about white me in films/movies is real they are brain washed.

Great video! My suggestion would be (from personal experience and game changer) was doing pull-ups/chin-ups. There's no way to cheat. They are extremely difficult and they build up your back and arms like a mofo.
The problem with Wes is that he says things that don't make sense. So if ur not doing well dating in the US as an Asian men - then u shouldn't expect to do well in LatAM. But then he says he has too masculine in the US, so he went to LatAM and did better. That's exactly the opposite of what he just stated. It seems like he doesn't want Asian men to succeed in dating by travelling. He's a gatekeeper.

I remember going to Din Tai Fung with my gf about 6 years ago. Seeing the waiter’s heart sink literally broke me. Looking around the restaurant awash in a sea of techbros and their influencer gfs was enough, I just couldn’t do it anymore. I broke up with her that night, I said “go -be free, find the Azn gigachad of your parents’ dreams.” Unfortunately she didn’t heed my advice, started dating another white guy -suspiciously quickly…they got married and have like a hapa baby now. But I know I did the right thing -at least for me, breaking the cycle.

Just had an argument with my Asian ex girlfriend, and she finally admitted to me that she's only interested in dating white western men, and I said she was racist! I'm dark skinned so she can get f*#@ed!
I'm mixed race Part European/\Indian/Black I met a Vietnamese girl on a dating site during COVID, got to know and stayed in contact with her for 3 years went to her country stay out on holiday did a lot of sight seeing and so on went out with her went around the city, it was fantastic going around with her I thought she was going to be the one for me I was hoping to bring her back with me to UK,every thing seemed OK .Any way I came back to UK next thing she say that she is marrying a white Russian guy who she met online and who she knew 12 months online, that was a real shock , she married the guy as soon as he basically set foot in her country. I do know and chat with a few South East Asian women and they prefer white European looking men, they feel that these men are wealthy and can give them a good life, If your back / a gentle man of colour you are not what they are looking for, and what's really sad she wants to be friends.
