Perhaps take some lessons then you won't need to wobble around the track :D I have replied to you several times in the other thread where you are coming on to me but for some reason they got deleted so I thought I'd come and tell you here, I'm not gay, I never will be, I have a family so please keep you sexual advances to yourself :)
Last couple of years life just kind of got in the way unfortunately. This year though she'll be back out there doing what she was built to do. Watch this space in the upcoming season. 👊🏼✊🏼😜
Stunning scenery, unbeatable Guzzi big block sound and handling and no crap music, it cannot get any better, this is riding bliss people, trust me this is what riding is all about👍👍
Nice video! Have you ever tried a GSXR 1000 K5? If you had, can you give me a comparsion? Actually I have a zx6r '08 and I don't know whether to buy a zx10r '05 or k5. Thanks!
Thanks man. Unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure of riding the famed K5 gixxer. What I can tell you is the big 04/05 10R is a raw, unsedated headbanging weapon of a bike. It's light (lighter than the lightest of the modern offerings) and quick to steer. It tends to shake its head a lot under hard acceleration that has been known to lead to tank slappers - hence it being widely known at the time as the "widow maker" however this can be alleviated by fitting a steering damper (stock on the 05) and lengthening the wheelbase by adding a couple of links to the chain and moving the rear spindle to the rear of the swingarm. I've ridden and own more modern sports bikes that will undoubtedly put down faster lap times (not by much I might add) but for pure raw unadulterated kicks and a big thousand that steers as quick as a 600 it's right up there for my money. Tough decision ahead of you. Hope that helps. Let me know which way you go. 💚👊✊
@@SB-Kiwi Thanks a lot! Honestly aesthetically the zx10r in my opinion is the most beautiful motorcycle. I know that the zx10r is more nervous, aggressive and adrenaline. I also know that, with a steering damper and 112 chain links to lengthen wheelbase, the bike become more workable. The gixxer K5 it seems more perfexct without adjustments. I'm not interested if one of this bike goes a second slower on lap, I want a bike that I love and that transmits adrenaline. I am undecided between k5's perfection and zx10r's wickedness. And then the gixxer has more torque at low revs. So I think that I have to find someone to lend them to me and the bike that makes my heart beat will become mine. Btw thanks a lot. Now I start to follow you! If you'll tried a k5-6 please tell me, I'll change the bike after the good season. Good road bro 💚✊
@@SB-Kiwi There is one on an auction site, 1987 with 4000 miles. It will end tomorrow. It might goes for more then $ 10 K. Do you think it worth 10 plus K ????
@@nabiha37 that's a bit of a bargain especially with so few km's on it. They're fast becoming collectible and the price is climbing on them at an alarming rate.
Blue lake? Nice ride loving the sound quality. Heading to Welly in two weeks from Auckland on my mk5, hanging out so much I'm watching Guzzi vids at lunch😁
Hi from England Nice ride, great sound. I had a mk1 and mk3 Le Mans with Lafranconi pipes in the 80s, this brings back memories. Had a great ride to the factory in Mandello a couple of times, love the Guzzi. A modern bike that reminds me of riding the mk1 is Triumphs Street Cup, great fun. Gotta ask, what's the red light on the dash? I only remember it being either the engine oil or charging light. Cheers.
Glad you enjoyed the clip. The old Guzzi's have a real charm to them alright. Always big smiles after a ride on it. The Street Cup sounds like a bit of fun. They look the business too. The red light is a foul up by the previous owner "getting his wires crossed" quite literally. It's now the headlight light which would normally be green. 😂
Hard to believe this is illegal when it’s so much fun - oh that’s right- the fun police = you have fun you pay the fun tax and maybe even walk for a month or ten - democracy sucks - freedom rules - cov 19 what a rip off
Wow, finally a Guzzi video without music , the true noise created by one of the best motorcycles ever is proven here and also a very underrated bike as well. 10/10👍👍
Hello. I'm also 195 and find it quite good. I do have rearsets though, and handlebars opened wide. It is a small bike but has more room than many sports bikes. Hope this helps.
I've had a LeMans IV for the last 34 years. Nothing like it. Other bikes have come and gone but the LMIV is a keeper. Intoxicating ride when flogged and my 600 mile day traveler.
Now, that's a very nice note. Set up sounds just right. Mine only sounded that good when it was new. I like the look he gives you when you get back to the garage.
Awesome video , it’s like a dream 🤗 In 3 days I’ll go buy my S1000XR 2018 N2E, 233 ,238 and 456 😊 I dream of road like you ride. Thank you to make this beautiful dream in video 👍🏻😁
Jonathan Cloutier, good to hear you're getting an XR too. You'll love the bike. It does everything so well. And I'm pleased you like the video. Thanks. 👍 😊
wow my xr is jealous of such a beautiful road and scenery - gee I would be stopping every two minutes to soak it all in - it would take me a while to move on from there... what a beauty - and a beast.
SB Kiwi Hello! Great video mate!! fantastic Road! I have one question... I bought S1000xr 2 months ago( brand new) . It's a great bike! For sure! But I have a problem with vibrations. Not handlebars vibration(it is, but not to big). WIndscreen, GPS holder, these plastic parts around there are vibrating from 4,5 to 5,5 rpm. Do you have the same problem? I have puig touring windscreen on it. It's quite annoying... When you buy brand new, you expect perfection in every piece.
awesome bud, IV had several Mk5's including the Ltd & an SE edition (white/red with red seat & black engine).Never knew what it was except that it would pull thru the redline even in top - when I sold it the guy couldn't ride away quick enough!Love the sound - only tried a go pro once but didn't shield it from the wind so lots of wind noise.Great to see a NZ Guzzi 's on RU-vid.Common everyone add some more - I know there's lots of you out there.
Few people realise how easily that old tech pushrod engine revs out while being beautifully tractable at low and mid RPMs, One of the best ever bike engines.
