I have not tried it, especially with the MPC 3 update that just came out. I was doing one shot drums/samples mainly so it wasn't important to tempo sync necessarily. But definitely for a more professional approach you would want more control over the parameters
it's not ideal, but just going into the aux in which is just a volume knob, the Denon Live controllers don't let you use the faders for outside input :/
Suno is impressive about the sound quality and Wav download is available from a subscription plan, but I agree with you that Udio sounds much more personal, original and unique, however the mp3 quality sucks. If Wav format was availabe I would have suscribed already...I asked them today if Wav format is available on a paid Plan, but I don't think so as they don't mention anything like this on their website. But finally it's maybe not so bad as it lets me room to compose, arrange iand produce it with a better sound on Logic. I finally takes AI tracks like someone coming to me and says : hey, here's a demo song I came up with, do you think we can do something with this ? And I like to work on it with my "old school tools" and the new ones also like stem separation, and AI vocal tools
Yeah the technology is changing pretty rapidly at this point its kind of crazy. Another tool, by Elevenlabs that's out is supposedly more effecient than Udio... I think the main takeaway is don't focus on the particular names but rather just if you stay aware with how the AI is rapidly growing, perhaps something in this field will open up and you'll find it useful for you
Until they integrate these tools into DAWs, where you can use an AI chat bot to converse with your DAW and tell it what to do, AI won't really be that helpful for music production. AI-generated music is not tempo-locked, and they don't deliver stems. And I could care less about an AI stem separator that is separating stems from a track that already sounds compressed and low quality. Isolating vocals is something that can easily be done without AI in a DAW, perhaps faster than having to export a file, process it on an external website, and then reimporting it. And we all know Avid will take 20 years to integrate this tech, so honestly, we'll probably never see DAWs integrate any of this tech, because the music production/DAW industry moves at a snail's pace and is stuck a decade in the past in 2014.
There's a in-browser DAW you can check out called WavTool. It has a AI chatbot integrated and meant to do what you're talking about. It felt a bit more like a showcase so I didn't include it but still interesting
I disagree. I've started using browser based AI tools in my productions. Mostly vocal removal and tempo adjust without pitching but I'm eager to try some sample generation tools too.
Im not sure what you mean about input mic. But the way I route it is through one of the cue headphone outs and then bag into the mixer on its own channel via RCA cables. So it looks like this... headphone cue output -> Aux to RCA -> Soundbite -> RCA to RCA -> back into the mixer Hope that helps!
thanks , yes I too had connected it so when I had the xone62 now having switched to pioneer and having all 4 channels busy I exit from headphones and return to the microphone
@@StilettoFM cool, thanks… just one more thing- can you say a bit more about your experience with mg614? today i will get one… i am more interested of mixer, no tape honestly…
@@czorakownik It's a cool device to play with and maybe record sounds into a computer. But honestly, if you are trying to mix with it I would rather get something that connects usb to a computer. It is fun to play with but if you are mixing I don't think it will give you a modern audio quality. Maybe if you are making retro vintage rock music though. hope this helps
man help me out : ) I'd like to sync, control and sample the op 1 with the octatrack. how would you suggest to do? wich midi interface I need? thankssss mateeeeeee
