You are awesome; i wish i cooked. I'm starting small towards better health. I've been eating way too much processed bran flakes so i ordered some Azure dark wheat bran - thinking i'd mix some in with fewer bran flakes. I am lost as to ratios and thought you might have a suggestion. For 2 cups of flakes I should maybe add in....how much of this bran? Hoping you may have a solution for me. Thanks!

Selam je vjerski pozdrav i onda bi bilo lijepo i krscane i ostale vjernika pozdravljati sa njihovim vjerskim pozdravima a ima naravno Jevreja, budista itd koju vas prate. Mir sa vama naravno ❤
