Well there should always be a coach. If there's not then the people running your gym are extremely irresponsible. Also, only morons train that way. That's not sparring that's just ape swinging. Anyone can do that.
Sparring is for developing muscle memory in a bout. This isnt sparring, this is ego feeding ego. Find a better coach/gym, no fighter will ever make it out of a gym like this.

That was a liver shot. One of the most painful punches in boxing. It literally makes you feel like you are being electrocuted. Your entire body locks up. It takes years of conditioning to strengthen the body to prevent it from being so bad. Like a glass jaw some people take that punch differently some can’t take it all.
