My inteperetation of this version of too slow, is the sonic band (Yes the one from the sonic concept art) doing the instruments of this and they look comepletely fucked up. Helluva boss robot fizz type beat i mean. Also the goofy ahh sounds come from one of the band members leaving and slipping on a corpse for the rest of the song. Also the half laugh X does is from him trying to do the reveal but changing his mind.
