I've been through the worst of it. I've had my bowels ruptured due to incompetence and negligence while having surgery for a totally different issue. Yet, none of the doctors have any ideas on what I should be doing to prevent obstructions. All these surgeries have caused strictures/adhesions.Yet, high fiber is not my friend. I suffer from IBS-C. With all the ruptured bowels and corrective/reversal surgeries, it's a 1000x worse. I have no clue what to do. All the doctors suggested was to live on laxatives for the rest of my life, so I will really have dead bowels and that's not realistic or feasible. Any suggestions ???
@DrFanFRACS
@DrFanFRACS День назад
I must preface my response with noting that taking advice from some random person on the internet is not usually the best way for managing your individual medical condition. However, on a general note, it might be worth trying a low residue diet (opposite of high fibre) because it seems that solid food (and fibre) is likely to get stuck in the bowels caught up in adhesions. Let me know how that goes. Also, in general, surgery for adhesions just leads to more adhesions later. So if you can avoid surgery, that's probably better. However, if you do get severe pain and bowel obstruction symptoms, there is a risk of getting obstruction and dead bowel, so if that happens you should see your doctor. I hope that you get better soon.

Remove your Gallbladder, and for LIFE, you are allowing DOCTORS/HOSPITALS/MEDICAL COLLEGES/PHARMACEUTICALS to mint MONEY CONTINUOUSLY. Removing Gallbladder, as I view it you are good as DEAD, A living DEAD. A Doctor's/Hospital's PATIENT for LIFE TIME. You will not be told that you cannot eat fatty food, fried food, and if you don't follow, you face severe health issues. No Modern Doctors tell you that you will have indigestion issues, you will be facing man other health issues for which the same doctors will not have any reply or generally will attribute to something different rather than removal of Gallbladder. Those Doctor or any Doctor/Hospital/Mrdical Colleges/Pharmaceuticalswho say that Gallbladder removal will not cause any issues in a HUMAN BODY are either IGNORANT and/or due to personal interest of MONEY behind their views/interpretation and/or the medical school where they are taught it can be removed, that too, done only to ensure that the modern Doctors/Hospitals/Medical Colleges/Pharmaeuticals remain and generate continous MONEY at the cost of patients health. On one hand you say science has ADVANCED SO MUCH, but the Doctors/Hospitals/Medical Colleges/Pharmaceuticals till date cannot find technology to break the Gallbladder Calculus Stone, WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT. I dont trust Modern Doctors, only in EMERGENCY, because no option, reason, they are Humans like us, first they have been trained to treat symptoms in 95% of the health issues, second, they have been trained in seperate part of the Body, not to look at body as whole, and above all FOCUS IS ON MONEY, hence patients visit to such Modern Doctors/Hospital never stops or medicine never stops, once started(this is also due to your food, wrong food combination, that has been inculcilated over the years since childhood.) A heart specialist gets knowledge & training in his area, heart, so other areas knowledge are just briefly given When Gallbladder is removed, the bile that is produced by the liver, trickles directly into the small intestine causing health issues that majority of patients dont realize the symptoms until it is too late many a times. Understand what a bile does. Its a substance that is water soluble as well as oil/fat soluble. It breaks down the oil/fat and make it small particles so that it will not clog and to allow the pancreas to release the lipase and easier to absorb the smaller particles in the intestine, hence if you are deficient in bile, you may have 1. difficulty digesting fats and thus have bloating, indigestion, gas, sticky stool and burping, hence stomach feeling heavy. Majority of the people will not realise that this is due to the removal of their gallbladder, that realization is not easy to understand because they were having it earlier too before the Gallbladder Removal Operation, so majority will assume/presume/deduce it is not related to GALLBLADDER REMOVAL and will find it improper to blame their Doctor, on whose advise they removed their Gallbladder. 2. That puts us to another question, why many have bloating, indigestion, gas, burping after eating food and later sticky stool or even constipation. The reason can be attributed to low bile/less concentrated bile and can also be due to calculus stone blocking partially the concentrated bile from the Gallbladder. 3. One of the function of Gallbladder is to lubricate the colon, and without bile, you will have constipation. 4. If too much bile is there, than you will have diarrhea, that happens when the duct is too large or opening is too large. 5. One of the function of the bile is to take the byproduct of RED BLOOD CELLS, which is Billirubbin and help to eliminate through the body so if there is some blockage in the liver than it can come up and cause Jaundice/Yellow Eye, hence you need more bile to remove the obstruction so that the billirubin is flushed out of the system and do not cause Jaundice. So you can imagine what happens if on your Doctors advise you remove the Gallbladder, you end up in the hospital and Doctor/Hospital gives you a detergent that acts as a bile, to remove such excess billirubin. 6. Vision issues 7. Many other issues are going to crop up and that in turn means that Doctors/Hospitals/Medical Schools will have various other avenues to mint MONEY out of 1(one) patient, just think of th millions of patients added just because gallbladder is removed. One more thing, majority of the people after surgery will not reach a REALISATION stage because some of the symptoms above, they may attribute to something else rathar than removal of the GALLBLADDER. Yes, You can remove gallbladder calculus stone without pain. Removing Gallbladder is the start of various other health issues that will arise but which same doctors wont have any reply and/or misinform you that it is caused by other health issues. Google Dr. Piyush Saxena and Liver Cleanse or go for Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Unani to dissolve/melt gallstones from your Gallbladder. Ayurvedically Gallbladder is an extension of liver and one of the most important organs for a balanced Agni AKS Gut Health. It is called "Pittashya" (Seat of Pitta) for a reason

The radiologist told me after my first CT scan that I was allergic to contrast dye and to NEVER let anyone give it to me. So all my life I’ve put that I’m allergic to CT scan dye on medical history. Do you’re telling me I’m LYING? Because I followed a specialist advice to inform anyone that proposes to inject me with contrast that I’m allergic to it. Maybe this isn’t what you meant to communicate, but this is how it comes across in your video, BTW, I DO have all the post contrast reactions you listed, so that’s why I’m pre medicated before getting the contrast. If I followed your directives and believed I was not allergic, therefore not informing physicians of this, I could DIE. Very irresponsible video, imo.

Work with a holistic practitioner who actually knows how to work WITH the body and its restorative/healing capacities, such as a naturopath or a TCM/OMD (traditional Chinese/Oriental Medicine Dr), or even an herbalist, and help her to dissolve & pass the stones and then clean up her L/GB (liver/gall bladder). This requires shifts in diet and lifestyle, but the payoff is more vibrancy and greater health and well-being, and often resolving other chronic conditions as well! (Working with a classical homeopath for an acute remedy for attacks, or chronic remedy for resolving deep-seated and underlying problems related to this, or a constitutional remedy to harmonize the person throughout life is also a great recommendation. And working with a chiropractic dr to restore nerve and blood flow throughout the body, and a well skilled massage therapist to aid in lymphatic flow to remove the toxic buildup are also great practical considerations.) You can take a pause to examine the non-allopathic choices before making any rash, unreversable surgical decisions, because you have many, many options. Allopathy has only 3--poison it, burn it, cut it out. The body is infinitely wise. If you seek out those who know how to work WITH the body and honor that innate wisdom, you'll have much better results, especially long-term. Best to you & your mom! 😊

Work with a naturopathic dr and dissolve them! Avoid GB removal unless you are in a life-threatening situation!!! Gall stones don't happen overnight, and they don't disappear overnight. If you have a gall bladder full of stones, your liver is almost surely full of stones, too, and GB removal will NOT solve the problem. It MUST be mediated by shifts in diet and lifestyle. What the young MD here neglected to inform you of is that our bodies absolutely need fats--the cellular membrane of every cell in your body is comprised of cholesterol (a fat molecule produced in the liver) and protein molecules, and cholesterol is also the starting block for all the hormones in the body and is used to repair vascular damage (oft caused by excess blood glucose, btw), your brain is comprised of fats and water (which allow for the electrical signals, but also requires proper mineral salts since we're dealing with a battery and conduction), the nerve axons are wrapped in a fat layer called a myelin sheath which aids speedy signal conduction, and your brain cells function better & the mitochondria are more efficient on ketone bodies than glucose (elevated blood sugar from dietary carbohydrates, frequent eating without 4-6 hr breaks between meals, and a "high stress" lifestyle with elevated epinephrine & cortisol levels all lead to insulin resistance and chronic glucose elevation, which leads to systemic dysfunction from endocrine disregulation to low energy from toxic and fatigued cells, brain fog, neuropathy & neuron damage, poor nutrient assimilation, premature onset of conditions deemed "age-related," and dementia, which is type III diabetes and chronic high blood glucose is a major causative and exacerbating factor). Eliminating the ability to properly break them down with concentrated bile secretion from the GB creates massive havoc for as long as you live, and the diseases and disorders the you develop as a result will likely shorten your lifespan, and the vibrancy in your years. The lack of concentrated bile secretion also dramatically disrupts GI function, breakdown and absorption of nutrients in food, and the gut biome, as bile and pancreatic secretions in the duodenum (1st section of small intestine immediately after the stomach) neutralize extremely acidic gastric juices when stomach empties into SI. The low pH is necessary for breaking down the proteins and fats into small enough pieces that the enzymes in the SI can fully break them apart and the components can be absorbed and used by the body. Without enough bile (the liver will release bile directly when GB is removed, but it's less quantity and unconcentrated) the pH will remain low and can cause damage in the upper intestine. Yes, it's true that cholecystectomy is a very easy procedure for the surgeon. It's also true that it is annually in the top 3 surgeries performed and a top income producer for hospitals. MDs are not trained in nutrition or restoring function. If you have an emergency and you need something stuffed back inside and something sewn up, they are generally pretty good with that. But chronic conditions--which come from diet & lifestyle choices and environmental factors--will not be resolved by petropharmaceutical chemicals, radiation, and rarely resolved by removing body parts. Surgery _can_ be beneficial, but removing organs is never a first option, it is a LAST option. If you'd like to heal and truly resolve the problem, work with a holistic dr who will work WITH your body, not against it, and be willing to alter your choices with food & lifestyle so you can alter your physical experience. Stones can be softened and broken down naturally, or even with medical machines that target to break them into smaller pieces that can be more easily passed. But if your behaviors remain the same, they will continue to recur, and if they are in your GB your liver is full of them, too! MDs don't explain this. Hell, maybe the majority don't even understand it. 🤷‍♀So go to someone who really does. ND or NMD, LAc/TCM/OMD, classical homeopath, herbalist--all are great options for acute or chronic conditions. Leave the MDs to emergency care, and avoid creating situations that get to emergency level. Or go the standard allopathic route of poison it out, burn it out, cut it out knowing that has a lifetime of compounding consequences, mostly undesired. It's your body, your choice. But you do have other choices, and better choices, than cutting out body parts. They are NOT there by mistake! 😉
