Great video of my old homestead. Born and raised in this lovely little town. Remember walking down Kappelgasse on my way to kindergarten and stopping at the Bakery in the middle of it to get some snacks. I can still smell it 😊. Or when they tore down the old Südlicht areal to build the Gmünd center. And the old Stadtbad next to the Klösterle Grundschule across the street from Loretto seminary. Looking at it, it really has changed over the years. Miss it. But still love it. Thank for the memories.

Never thought I say this but what a clean orderly looking super market puts the ones in the uk to shame. The town is so clean tidy can’t wait to go there next year
Congratulatuion Turkey, to such a marvelous Airport- Berlin (Germany , Brandenburg failed to establish in time an budget, as well well quality and efficency to deliver an airpot as comparison. But the Germans are now leader in goodness, morality, feminism (sorry for Baerbock she is just doing a 360 and is 100.000 km away in an neigbouring country). But we are the good people of the world netter than anybody, we are the Good, we are GREEN.

Die Stadt war früher hässlich und heute ist sie genau so hässlich, nur etwas moderner. Es wird genau so viel gebaut wie früher und trotzdem ist danach alles genau so wie davor, keine Ahnung wie das möglich ist. Ich weiß nicht wer da verantwortlich ist und warum die Stadt so aussieht wie sie aussieht, aber wer auch immer das ist, derjenige läuft nicht durch die Stadt. Wenn überhaupt fährt er mal mit einem Auto durch. Warum gibt es keine Bäume, warum ist alles voller Beton? Nicht nur im Sommer ist die Stadt die absolute Hölle. Keine Bänke, keine Verweilmöglichkeiten, eine tote Stadt für Leute die nichts im Leben haben außer ihre Arbeit. Kein Wunder das hier alle jungen weg wollen. Ist mir unbegreiflich wie man hier freiwillig "leben" will.

Vor allem in einer Umgebung mit wenig Grün und viel Beton ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass die Menschen die Sommerhitze und die geistige Ermüdung leicht spüren können.
