These are really fun, wish I could find a metal gear for the main drive the same size as the original one because I like the way it preforms with the original setup over the pro version. I’ve upgraded all the drivetrain with metal except the one I can’t find. I put oil fill shocks without oil and added a heavier gauge wire spring to keep it a little bouncy but not as much as it was new.
Hello Edward, first of all great job on your company and its product's. Yes Sir its a winning combination. As for Kevin why sure he broke it as my grand pappy used to tell me ( could break an anvil with a rubber mallet). So i knew it was going to break. Lol. Look at 99 percent of his videos he's breaking something. I'm 50 years old been into rc for 40 of them and 35 of these last years was hobbie grade stuff. Back in day 10 years ago had little more money. had hpi baja sc 5 ,king motor 5b,5t abd t2000 4wd Baja 5t clone. Had losi lst, trinity spider 1/7 truck. Traxxas tmaxx,hpi again savages. A few red cat 1,/5 scale and few other in between. Some them was new some used And with that said at this point in time i have none. Thats because the price went sky high. I feel you did a big service to the rc community in a whole. With price points you have and different models brought to market. Sure ive seen these rc based features before ,leaf springs, realistic bodies stuff like a scaled down vehicle should be. And to be at good price point is awesome feat in itself. Lot more people can get into rc -ing and see if it's for them or there family ,kids, grabdkids, little brother, sisters anyone. So that's nice and if it was only that it would be great. But your kits, including all when i say kits ready to run ,plug n play,not just box of parts kit one builds but yes them to( most time even cheaper) but your kits have it all. A real honest,decent rc. Good bones will say. And the choices of different models. Super nice job theres got to be something for everyone there has to be. Too many nice one to pick from. But id have to go the new soft top jimny love that SUZUKI. Probably because i have a decent 1988 in yard here. samurai grey with whats left of black soft top. I don't know why you changed lesf spring design. But i love that convertible. (Need to get one blue hard top and one green or red, japan only models convertible. ) Then there's all the upgrades offered for the models is great. The prices are unbelievable Something for everyone like i say. Has to be. Im going to start a RU-vid hillbilly budget builds with couple them. . Samurai's vr Land cruiser build offs. I would be willing to bet people around here my neck of woods,county,state will be buying some up. On how much family fun they can have on price of a weekend get away or few evening out to dinner for whole family. .. Not like taking kids to movies, or amusement parks we can have RC (movie , amusement parks ) fun after school, next weekend and weekend after an on on. Anytime is a good time to go rc'ing. Hey when they break here and there or if they break we will rebuild with metal upgrades. who knows imagination is the limit. Yes Sir great job on the company if i found a japan only body color show up on porch or regular white convertible with its blue twin hardtop brother would i make you proud ,get you some sales. Edward hey pls help i got the new res v3 and my stuff is hooked how yours is i drive it for few seconds on max speed with the 260 motor regularly gearbox and it stops and blinks the lights for me to do anything like steering or sound or steer i have to re bind it when i put a smaller mottor on my res 3 and max throttle it dosen't do it i need help its the c74-1 motor and trans just my idk whats wrong pls helppp
Hello. I hope you're still monitoring this post. I have a problem. I had my Res V3 working and ready for a rebuild, then I broke the capacitor connection on the motor. I really soldered it but now it won't bind. I can't figure out what the issue is. Help please...?
If I convert drift 4wd to touring, is it just change tire? Or need to setting as well? Now after I changed the touring tire, when full acceleration then the car will spin.
yea change tire. set the geometry all to 0. The front has a one way diff so it will lock the rear wheel and free the front wheels when you apply brake. For expert racing, this setup is being used but not quite suitable for beginner.
I would orient the gear boxes so they face the same direction to eliminate that problem. If the front and rear are different than order one or the other.

Dear WPL I recently received the new edition RES-V3. It looks a little different as the power inlet is clearly red, nice touch. My question is I would like to mount the board in the battery tray and battery in the bed of my old B1. Can I use some cushion under the board e.g. electric tape or foam and hot glue it in place? What I want to know is how the body and chassis are attached because it’s not a rivet like it would be on other 1/64 models and I recently saw someone do a Gaslands themed body swap with a 1:55 Jada brand Chevy Silverado and I’d ask that guy but he’s hard to get in touch with

I have a B16 that i have upgraded and customized. I recently upgraded to the Res-3 and upon the test run my 9g servo (3 wire) is not getting power. Everything else works, servo is not actuating.
@@EdwardChew yea thanks. It runs the motor in n 3s so I can drive it but sounds packed in completely. Reverse lights only blink twice even on 3s but at least will drive. Ordered another one. See how it goes. It’s like it stopped reading the voltages correctly. Watched a few of Your videos and tried a few things. So I put it done to a bad esc Thankyou. If the new one I have ordered works ok I’ll put them in my 3 hilux’s to. Thanks again.
