@@samuelmartin6500 probably the internal clock battery is dead. To change it requires you to disassemble the body though unlike the D3 series. You can try charging the internal clock battery by putting a fully charged battery in the camera for about 2 days. If the problem still continue, you might need a professional person to replace the internal clock battery.
