Hi, I am Sarah, I am originally from the UK but now live in Thailand. I owe all of my baking skills to my Mum; as a child I remember spending every Saturday with her whisking up yummy creations. I spent ten years in Buying & Fashion Production, then made the switch into the wonderful world of baking and cake decorating 17 years ago. During this time, I have trained others in the UK and Thailand. Hi, thank you for the tutorial but I don’t understand how you could possibly need 14 gm for the center of the poppy. Are you sure you didn’t mean 1.4 gm??
