I know you said the chassis is 1/4” steel but you should make everything else out of atleast 3/16”.. my buddy has one bought brand new and it breaks everytime he uses it. I’m working on it now beefing everything up.. it makes good product when its not broke
You certainly do thing differently in the USA, we run 3 way screeners in the uk, I had a extec boxer screener 20 + years ago but I wouldn’t go back to one now
I’ve watched several of your videos and I’ve read through the comments on those as well as your Facebook page… You constantly keep ducking the price question… Why? Are you ashamed? Why not just be upfront about the base price of the generic base model? You went off about used car salespeople in a couple videos, but that not being upfront about the cost is a total used car salesman kinda thing… It makes you look like a hypocrite that’s afraid to just list the damned price… They look heavy duty, the framing looks solid and tough, if your welds are decent, then there is no reason they shouldn’t hold up… The raw materials for these screens are obviously not cheap… And there is obviously a lot of skilled labor that goes into welding them together and painting them… Why are you afraid to list the price? And on a side note… Stop with the snowflake whining about others copying you… Seriously… You can find similar designs in old handyman books from the 1930s. If you don’t hold the patent on your design, then you don’t own it… And prior art already exists on it, so it would be a feeble claim at best… There are plenty of guys that can’t weld, and plenty more who lack the skill to build a bolt together version… If you charge a fair price for your skilled labor, friggin own it… If you think it’s quality, give a guarantee and man up about it and stand behind your product… (some of those claims and comments could be fake, but they sound pretty convincing, plausible, and likely). And stop with the claims and let the video do the talking (someone will be happy to buy a “machine” that you used to demo for a video… Run a couple hundred yard of dry stuff through it with a loader (like the majority of your potential customers will)… Just fast forward the video and show it… I’m so many words… Put up or shut up… Let the product speak for itself… And man up with the cost… No one cares to call you for something that you should have already provided. A high pressure sales pitch isn’t going to make a difference.

they move the electric ones with forks i guess i dont like the tiny area you dump the dirt in its to small of a area and dont want to deal with a generator i will try to call you in the morning
i got 3 of these compact screeners from a guy near new hampshire back in 1995 i sold them for what i paid for them after i used them and rented them out for 4 years only reason i sold them it rained steady for 2 years in a row like it has this year it was always to wet but i want a new one hope your still in buisness
if you dumped it on how most people would it would build up on the grizly dumping it up high puts speed on the rocks so they bounce all over the place breaking shit i want to see it run with a loader
Why can’t the camera man step in there and show us a close up ? No need for a camera man if he isn’t going to do anything different than a static camera

I thought from what I could tell that you have a decent product, and was hoping to get a little better view. Sorry I used the term camera man when apparently it was camera woman. Take a deep breath and realize not everyone is out to get you... sometimes that’s a indication of other issues...
@@nieldcreek2098 I purposely do not make professional videos I've been building these machines for 23 years and the reason I do not make a professional video is because I would like to let people see that there is nothing phony or fake going on and I will continue to do my videos like I do so that nobody thinks it was a setup like videos I've seen of other companies again my videos are unedited there are one take video I feel that I have a very good product the machine will last you for many years it is an affordable product nobody is perfect and no matter what I do there is always somebody out there that will manage to figure out a way to screw the machine up and 99.9% of the times it's because the people try to manipulate the machine to make it do what it is not built to do so again feel free to contact me feel free to call me and I can answer any questions that you might have
Mine is falling apart after 2 weeks! He will not stand behind it. When I reached out to him about it, all he did was blame me and then stopped responding. I’m Very disappointed! Cheep Chinese steel! Cracking everywhere and bearing blocks blowing up after 2 weeks! Don’t waste your money!
You still have not made a long video showing the conveyor screen plant actual working and producing screened gravel. That would help contractors look at purchasing one of the units. Think about doing this.

People been screening dirt for many years my friend. Very simple concept . lots of manufacturers out there your not the original dirt screener not every body has copied your machine. Lol 😂

The competition has their prices right out there , not a hidden secret. Sounds like it’s probably overpriced if you have to call to get a simple question answered.

These are the problems i am having the belt system blew apart first day. got to say he sent me another one about two month's later. put a new one on it blew apart after screening two loads. the adjustment is so touchy .once adjusted by his video that he sends. it's runs true for a bit and then changes in a second runs off the roller folds over belt is destroyed by the time u get to turn it off. then decided to just use the bottom belt it blew apart the roller system is not right needs to be tapered rollers or something the welds are tac s in alot of places mabe screened top five tandem loads hair line cracks all over battery box broke off lite duty screws holding it . then decided to screen without belts dug a hole underneath screener worked for a bit and then kept blowing the bearings caseings that run the shacker table replaced them 3 times the housing that the bearing sits in to light the chain system also not good the screen is also broke in many spots and the table ended up hitting the outer frame had to refab that . finally shut it down. time to restuct the hole machine trust me not happy 18000 plus us dollars my thoughts are if the screener was built heavy duty it could work for a while his video says his worked for years well mine definitely did not come on 5 tandum loads of top soil really. I have pics of the problems I am having and just so u no its not abuse
It Works, ir ain't any more pretty and it ain't slick, but it works and keeps working. It can work on the most primitive job site and produces and adequate ammount of fine a rougn fill.
