I mostly share videos about anime and voice actors. You'll find Japanese subtitles and English translations, plus extra info when needed. I love sharing videos about voice actors' personalities, their passion for their work, their relationships, and fun behind-the-scenes stories. I hope my videos help you enjoy anime even more.
Quick Tips for Japanese Learners 【読めへん】 1:05 The term '読めへん' comes from the Kansai dialect and means 'can't read,' similar to '読めない' in standard Japanese. Kansai dialect is commonly used by comedians on TV and by anime characters like Heiji Hattori in Detective Conan, Takeshi Sendo in Hajime no Ippo, and Hikoichi Aida in Slam Dunk. This dialect is widely recognized across Japan, and common expressions like '~へん' are easily understood everywhere." 【ガタ来てますか】 1:08 'ガタ' refers to the gradual wear and tear on the body or machines over time. It's used to describe something that isn't working perfectly but isn't completely broken either. The verb '来る' is most commonly paired with 'ガタ.’ 1「ガタ」(名詞) 2「が」(助詞) 3「来る」(動詞)活用→「来」 4「て」(助詞) 5「いる」(補助動詞)活用→「い」 6「ます」(助動詞) 7「か」(助詞) →「ガタ(が)来て(い)ますか」→(「が」と「い」が脱落)→「ガタ来てますか」
Back in elementary school, I borrowed the whole 'Musashi no Ken' series from a kendo club friend who had the complete collection. It's a super cool manga that's even been turned into an anime. Murakami also wrote 'JIN,' another manga of his that got adapted into a TV drama in 2009. The drama’s storytelling, music, and acting are all top-notch, and I remember it scoring around 20% in average viewership ratings. Definitely worth checking out if you're interested.
@@SeiyuFanatic23 i love watching Kimetsu radio but couldn't find anyone sub it and then found you. Pls keep working on it i will support you. Thank you again
always excited for your vids!! just a question, do you have that kimetsu radio episode from when sakurai takahiro and saori hayami joined in back in s1 days? it's an extra radio episode included in the bluray from my understanding, but i'm not entirely sure. can't find that episode anywhere except a few clips on youtube here and there.
Thanks for the comment! I looked it up, and it seems like it's from the audio commentary on the 9th DVD & Blu-ray volume. If it’s officially released, I might be able to make a video. But since the original audio is a bonus for purchasers, it might be hard to add the other parts.
Giyuu’s awkwardness is so funny when Tanjiro sits really close to him, and he just thinks 'close' but doesn’t do or say anything about it (haha) 0:42 'バグる' is slang. You usually won’t find it in traditional paper dictionaries. It means when a computer or device messes up and doesn’t work right. People usually say 'バグった' when a game or PC goes haywire. 2:35 'グサグサ' is an onomatopoeia that refers to the act of something like a blade stabbing through. It’s also used to describe a statement that causes emotional pain. Variations include 'ぐさりと' or 'ぐさっと.' 4:10 'デフォ' is a short form of the computer term 'default,' meaning the initial setting or the standard state.
Why tf is this so underrated? You even elaborate some japanese words/expressions for better understanding. I'm glad yt recommended me this, lol, and I hope u can make more of these 🤍✨
I’m planning to make more parts soon. I wish I had more time for video production, so I’m sorry for not being able to post frequently. I’ll do my best! Thanks for your comment!
