Episode 10? Where aura said that there was not even a jerk in Frieren's power, so no suppression existed. Also Flamme likely learned that demon tribe is especially good at sensing this stuff.
Seeing Veldora and how relieved he feels, I'm thinking that this is what if feels like after you finally get to take a piss after holding it in all day.
Im just baffled how, in this universe, they have 2 beings who can literally see the future but still they arent the strongest. Im curious how they were both killed/defeated (or were they?)
Arrogance to that degree will get you the fury of the beast. Duh moron of course he hurt your pride being too full of yourself makes you fragile and blind. Clearly blind and stupid enough to go picking a fight with the monster that nearly picked you all apart the 1st time. What did you think it was a fluke or that you'd get lucky, or maybe even just let you kill him tch 😏 how optimistically stupid.
Is it possible that her mana fluctuates because she is making it seem like more than what it is? Or do we think it is pretty set that she has a ton of it?
some people seem to forget that serie's suppression of mana is so flawless that not even macht with an acute sensitivity for mana wasn't able to detect her mana at all until she was right behind him. A feat not even frieren was able to accomplish.
Mana does play an important factor to a mage's power, but it's not everything. The mages said that the battle between them is like rock-paper-scissor, only more complex than that. Frieren herself said she lost to a number of mages that had less mana than her before.
some comments here are goofy asf. Serie probably wouldnt be able to beat frieren in a fight despite having TONS more mana because how how the power syste, works in Frieren. Serie is a living grimoir, her entire being is meant to hold the knowledge of the world while Frieren was literally raised as a demon killer. They a have differing roles, and to say one is stronger than the other (while factually correct) undermines what their entire existence is used for in the story. its like comparing a body builder with Usain Bolt. Usain bolt doesnt lift as much as the body builder but wins in a track race.
I like the idea that Serie is capable not only of mana suppression, but the opposite. A fake sense of power that immobilizes any human mage she’d ever come across.
He is just like the MC from 100 girlfriends. They both take time to spend with all the girls no matter how many, they don't have a favorite and love all equally
It has been stated that mana and age go hand in hand. The longer you life the more mana you will likely have. (If you train it that is) To humans, Flamme comes from ancient times. But to Frieren, Flamme was a teacher. Serie is the ancient one to Frieren.
How are people confused about this😭 They already show us Mana size in the anime anyways. Frieren’s released mana had the same size as Serie’s suppressed mana. Comprehension is a rare skill
This makes me wonder. Does the male Elf also suppress his mana or aura? Cuz he seems to be someone whose a hero or part of a hero party before Frierens era.
