We’ve had 7 Cockers over the past 30 years - currently have a single 4-year old blue roan and tan (Theo). There is no sweeter, adorable and utterly gorgeous breed and we can’t imagine life without one in our home. Over the last 2 years we’ve lost 3 through old age and arthritis etc (all around 14 years old). We knew it was coming but it still cut like a knife when they left us in such quick succession😢 Amber, our little golden girl, reached the grand old age of 18! We still miss and think of them all every single day.❤
Oh my goodness they are all so adorable ❤! We are hoping to get another show cocker soon after we lost our boy last year. What collars would you recommend when they are 8 weeks old? Thank you.
Honestly, we’ve never had an ear infection on any of our spaniels. We’ve owned them over 20 years. They get their ears cleaned with an ear cleaner when they’re groomed once every 3/4weeks ish. And that’s all. Honestly I do believe a lot of cocker ear problems can be down to food allergies. We feed a cold pressed food and have never had any issues with allergies or ear infections 🥰
What a joy to see such love and attention to every detail given to your babies. It must break your hearts when they go to their forever homes, but what a wonderful start you have all given this perfect breed. The photo albums are a lovely touch. Well done!
