Yes I want to know how to get the ice cubes to drop once they are ready? I changed the water filter and it fills the ice cube tray, but doesn't drop the cubes unless I hit that teeny, tiny button hidden up in there! WTHeck? Model RF260BEAESG/AA grrrrrr

Now how do I get the ice maker to drop the ice cubes once i have changed the water filter??? It makes the ice cubes but won;;t drop them!

Nice - but depending upon how long the filter is being used it may not twist and come out easily- simply use a plier - it’s a very odd position to posit your hand with maximum force 😅

I think it didn’t work while in defrost mode i put my finger at the hole to test but no warmth felt
