How’s the wear on these? Hoping to install these as a replacement for my front axel. Do you notice any significant improvement in the rain? I live in a damp climate and run all season tires, basically aiming to optimise the car for wet/damp/mildly cold conditions. I’m not worried about noise or anything, only performance and wear rate (:
@@vxvii9069 I would say excellent. I am still on my 1st set of front pads and just recently changed my rear set. Bear in mind I go for touge sessions every week and drive it almost daily. No noise just a noticeable amount of brake dust.
@@DrivenTechReviews that’s awesome. I’m not sure what pads to run. At the moment I’m just looking to improve consistency especially in wet conditions. Currently running on all season contact 2s with 17” wheels and it the handling is amazing. I’m hoping to install a Darkside S3 intercooler and a 2.75” catback exhaust in preparation for a tune later on. Car is similar to your scirocco - UK spec Leon 2.0 TDI. Absolutely cracking chassis 😄
@@DrivenTechReviews thanks. I’ll see what my mechanic says next week as I asked him for a quote on doing the brakes and ARB bushing. Were they a lot more than standard pads? I can’t find them on euro car parts 🤕
its a great idea but don't waist your money . that Chinese piece of junk wont last.. if the heat from the sun does'n ruin it. the cheap manufacturing will..
Buyers beware!!! They are still shipping this product but not taking returns. I wanted to return mine because the case (for iPhone 13) comes apart in my pocket! Their phone # immediately hangs up. The barcode links to instructions and support are dead ends. Their Zen support is deactivated. The "chat" option is not a valid link. They don't respond to email or their posted "return form". The acknowledgment for your order comes from an email address for which the domain is "parked" and not a valid web site. Need I say more? It has been a month since my return was requested and I have received no response other than someone will get back to me within 48 hours. Somehow they have even convinced VISA to keep accepting their fraudulent charges!!
@@DrivenTechReviews im just changed to originals bulb and it seems nomore alarm "reverse light failure"..maybe the bulbs that i bought in shopee got some error after a few months used it..Rm8+.++🤦♂️😪😢
Really awesome video. Im struggling to find the hole Also, The TWO DRAIN PLUGS? Whats the point of them being covered up? i uncovered them, more water leaked out and will keep them off, hopefully its ok to do so, thank you for your great video!
The reason it can’t have sticky tape is because of the hing protector. So far the left portion of the main cover screen does flex a little when you open and close. Other than that it’s been good. I am still on the lookout for better options that support MagSafe but currently there aren’t many on the market yet.
