One of these days I’m going to click a Stewart Lee video and it’s going to have jokes in it. Eventually by sheer math alone one of them has to eventually be funny.
The way he maintains character and then rollercoasters through every element of that character - he would make a great spy. For me, he is the greatest.
This really is embarrassingly terrible Lee has been doing this silly routine for years it's just NOT funny The last time Lee was funny was a Glasgow gig he did in 2005 when he was actually a comedian who made people laugh not this current self endulgeent twaddle that should remain in an Art School Project of a teenager Why don't you start to try and get real laughs again instead of awkward embarrassing false laughter from a few sheep in your audiences
I wonder if he sees Tom O'connor drinking pear cider made with 100% pears, while wishing Joe Pasquale was one of them ghosts Lee is a comedic genius, with so many memorable routines
His comedy is not always that funny to me. His attitude tho'. I felt for him after the Robin Williams bit as his voice kinda broke...unless he's fake as fuck and pandering to Guardian readers, you never can tell. I sincerely hope he doesn't die for his art. But selling out as an option? Tough one🤔
