It's beautiful but sadly it's still an illegal build for that area in Catral. Needs to have a minimum land mass of 10000 m2 to be legal in that area....
@@colinturner4158 sadly the onus is on the buyer... If you have the money to throw away then fine but the prices don't reflect the legality... A change of government could be all it takes to lose it! There are lots of illegal homes there. Would you buy an illegal home in your home town ?
@@colinturner4158 oh and I forgot to say if it burned down you couldn't rebuild it as it's not got the required legal amount of land for that area. Minimum of 10,000 m2 for this area.
