Kamdev Tharoor needs to be educated on the history of what his party, the Congress, has done to India over the last 100 years and what the Islamic invaders did to India for over 600 years even before the British arrival. This "dirty old man" should be taught some humility and learn to show respect to his British "masters," whose mother tongue he employs so effectively to disparage them.
People making out India was a peaceful place with no kingdoms killing each other the irony & too make out there was no criminals gangs or poverty & extreme hunger way before British ever turned up. My opinion..after every few years, new diets are advertised. Like a fashion. And then after a few years some diets are said was harmful and wrong. So quick and simple that works for me. 1. Eat everything in moderation. 2. Stay moving. 3. Water. ❤
