We have the same problem with you. Did you solve your problem or it is like the same ?

Yes. Thoroughly spray with silicone spray in the base of the steering rod so its sealing through the car's body gets lubricated. Afterwards all the noise is gone. Do not use WD40 as it's not lubricant and might react with plastic or rubber.

Some silicone spray on the sealing of the steering rod through the car's body (in the base of the rod) fixed the problem.
