@@Lindy88888 we took malaria tablets before, during and after our trip to be on the safe side. But a few people I know went without taking them. I think Zanzibar is pretty safe for malaria but it’s up to you really
Jamie that was an awesome vlog!! What a beautiful country and what an experience you guys had! Will save Kudus Safari’s details ☺️. Where to next?! 👏🏼🤩
Hey Ryan, the Riu Jambo hotel was class mate. We stayed there 3 nights and didn’t leave the hotel once haha. Plenty of restaurants, things to do and beach access 👌🏼
Hey! Riu Jambo was more for families - lots of activities! And no, the night life was pretty chill. Riu Palace is next door and you have access to the same beach. Riu Palace is more for couples from what we could see but Riu Jambo was great for couples too - many honeymooners!
great video, wife and I are going june 24 and staying and riu jambo for a week Was the Safari Blue tour worth the money? (not looked into how much it costs yet) - did you find it overly crowded etc? Also, any tips you could offer for the hotel, activities, booking (inc the restaurant as I've heard it's via an app) - all would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you! You and your wife will love it Yes the Safari Blue tour was worth it! I can’t remember how much it was now tbh but it’s super organised and the seafood buffet is incredible. The beginning is a little crowded when you’re getting on your boats but it’s well organised and not too crowded on the boat. We booked the Riu Jambo hotel through booking.com and the Riu Jambo app is easy to use to book your restaurant reservations etc - we done this in advance I do recommend staying a night or two in stone town though, it’s very cool
Hey there! Thanks for your comment. To be honest with you, no you don’t need to be a good swimmer because the instructor will take care of everything. You just need to kick your legs 😅 The biggest challenge for me was getting used to breathing underwater - it was very strange at first!
@@jamiespringa I want to say that you should not get confused like other travelers. Car hotel good service clean service you will get online and also book train ticket online on IRCTC Street food is good in India but don't try it everywhere friend explore India here you will find all kinds of weather and people from food to skin tone everything keeps on changing here
Hope you guys had fun.5 days is not sufficient to explore India. Next time try to explore South India, east India. You may have to spend atleast a month to know the different culture.
