@williamsam1690 Asante is a Union of Communities; But Nkoranza stool occupants had their parents from the Asanteman mu. Tradition is different from our normal life. In my normal life my Mothers father is from Techiman and his Mother is from Nkoranza so traditionally tell me where do I come from as an Akan? When we say the people are Asante we are talking about traditions and not single individuals, Nkoranza claim Kintampo, Jema and their surrounding areas, so if they say Kintampo is not Part of Nkoranza Traditional Area, will Nananom agree? The same analysis I am making about the relationship between Nkoranza and Asante and to add on, the occupant of Nkoranza stool is Asene and hails from Asante Amakom whose father is Asantehene traditionally, if we understand history & traditions we should understand what the Akwamuhene is saying. Nana is saying that the downfall of Bono Manso is caused by the people of Nkoranza but later admitted that Techimanhene Son slapped Nana Baffoe Pim and that resulted to a fight between Nkoranza and Techiman, I want people to understand that Nkoranza was not the cause of the Problems in Bono Manso, The Problem was caused by Techimanhene Son. The thing is simple, Nkoranza is the bed rock of Asante in Bono and every Bono state is independent and are not supposed to bow down to Techiman or any other state, even Nkoranza is the biggest traditional area in Bono East, what people doesn’t know is that Nkoranza includes Kintampo, Asanteman lives and we Nkoranza people knows that we are Asante 1000% only that we don’t want people to feel bad and grow hatred for us that’s why most often we remain silent and neutral but this time they want to put their failures on us and we shall stand up for our values, traditions and culture.
