Hello, my name is Brody I really like your content. I was wondering if you were interested in having your videos edited. I could probably do it for $25-$35 per video. Thank you, let me know if you’re interested.
The KBO parks like this one are all in-game right away which is nice. I had to manually edit the schedule to move the opening MLB series to this park. This is possible in-game in commissioner mode, to specify a specific park ID for a game.
I think Power pro introduce people in west to a baseball game series with a concept that mixes sim, rpg elements, and arcadey gameplay and anime style presentation. something imo Japanese game devs are pretty good at doing this in their sports games (also can't forget korea too they are mostly known in the mobile market with Baseball Superstars to name few). sadly power pros at the time gets the short end of the stick in the west commercially. even with EA sports and other 2k baseball titles competing against each other, even with releasing in west on the ps2 and wii between 2007 and 2010, and even with its critical praises, it was never enough for the power pro to stick around in the west. also another factor i think would be sport game communities in the west who would sometimes create stigmas around games like this from presentation, gameplay, and graphics stand point and write them off. However, it most likely be a turning tide against that stigma in recent memory. Also i enjoy cpu vs cpu WBSC eBaseball: Power Pros on my switch my favorite thing is also the success mode characters you can have on your custom teams and they have their unique player model that isn't the usual throw on a baseball uniform. as well the Japanese play by play and announcers over the MLB ones.
I really wish Konami would bring this series back. As a fan of the Power Pros switch games this would be great to have an MLB version on the switch as the my career mode is leagues above the crap in MLB the show. But sadly will probably never happen :( . Keep up the great work showcasing all these great baseball games :)
@@30-30Club Oh I have the 2020/21 version on my switch, and I also have pro spirits 19/20 on my ps4. So, league and language isn't a problem (though I really can't read Japanese lol.) The games are just too much fun. Probably be a while before I get either of the new ones though.
Oh awesome. Yeah, not much reason to get the new one unless you can read a little or are patient enough to Google Lens your way through it. Fingers crossed for an MLB Power Pros 202X someday
I forgot about this one. I think you can definitely see the lineage to The Show. As a matter of fact, I think they're still using a few of the animations and the player models to this day! 😆
I know, I spent years learning enough Japanese to be able to play them. Though it doesn’t take much to play at least basic modes. And Google Translate’s camera mode is helpful too. There’s also a translation being worked on for Jikkyou Powerful Major League 2009, most of the UI is done.
You've got to work those pitchers: they throw so many pitches outside the strike zone. I never swung at the first pitch, and rarely at the second pitch.
