Too bad my MAJOR American city doesn't have anything like these streets and buildings. They're simply never allowed. Our city leaders seem to require bland cookie-cutter stucco buildings and asphalt. No point in trying to change their minds. It's too late, and besides I'd never have enough money to bribe them anyway.
Three listings is good, helps give a feel of what is available in close proximity to one another. I would also have gone with the second property, with the right changes all three could be great. Thanks for your insight.
Minnesota Why would you ever live in Chicago? Youll get your car stolen. You have to pay to park everywhere. Every gas station is ghetto. Shootings occur everyday throughout the entire city. Train sucks ass. Taxes are high. Biking is dangerous. Tolls every block. Speed light cameras. Corrupt City Officials. Smells like sulfur. All sites and parks are run down with spray paint and rust. TRUCKS ARE EVERYWHERE. NEVER MOVE TO CHICAGO OR ILLINOIS unless you want to be miserable until you move out. Food is good!
Being born and raised in chicago,it will be the biggest mistake of your life to move there. Woke mayor, woke da,woke govenor, who all want to take your guns away from you to defend yourself from all the car jackers, gangs, rapists, ect ... weather is miserable, cost of living too high to make ends meet. You have been warned...
Good video. I was born in Chicago. My parents to moved to Southern California when I was a year old. Have visited Chicago many times. I once went from Hyde Park to Evanston and back one day. Illinois Central from HP to downtown. Two El lines the rest of the way. Stopped along the way to visit places. Steaks and pizza are the best in Chicago. The Blackhawks were my introduction to hockey.
I’m glad to hear that Chicago traditions have not gone by the wayside. These merchants are the heart and soul of Chicago. I can dig it. Tell me more. Like…Chicago’s affinity for books and museums.
It’s a one bedroom in a full amenity high rise, so you need to take into account the assessment which is about $715/mo. Parking is separate too. It’s not a super high price but definitely need to be a high earner. At 10% down it would cost about $3500/mo for a one bedroom
It's lovely, but it's CHICAGO! Another once great city that the Democrats have ruined! So, yeah, it's too much money. If it was listed for only a buck, it would be too much!
@@TonyAngelos would you recommend visits to the south side or to the city for fun or is it only safe if i stay in lincoln park. Only asking i was jumped on the south side and stabbed in millenium park
