My favorite group I have all the albums & rare Bootleg audio of the last tour in a club in St. Pete , Florida. Also lots of dvds 📀 of them in concerts in the 70s & 2005 & I have these home movies on dvd too

Its actually just a poorly done reenactment, w Jimmy Ienner randomly saying a whole lot of nothing 😆 Don Imus was so cheesy too. Was still cool to see all the original players, including Shelly/engineer, have all these great hits featured, & hear a few tracks isolated, but yeah... all these songs were already in the can & released on record when they did the video, including 'Tonight'. So glad someone found this, i looked for it for years

Eric had an incredible voice. The Raspberries were a great group. Their voices blend in so well. This is a great behind the scenes look of recording a song. The result, a fantastic song and a hit.
I would love to have a boot of a Rassberries gig from the 70-71 period. Malcom Dome and other sources claim they covered I've got a feeling. Nice. Post it someone if you have it. Please!
This is terrific footage! What I like best about it is how crisp the singing is - all the harmony parts are clearly audible supporting the lead vocals!
I’ve listened to this song countless times - it never gets old to me because it’s so well crafted in its song writing! The fact that the Raspberries were all easy on the eyes 😉❤️ and very high energy doesn’t hurt either! Gotta love the open shirts! 😉
Recording studio footage! Love it! Trying to re-create what they did in a much bigger venue like the Agora in a somewhat-tiny totally acoustically dead NY studio! True pros for sure. 👍🏻👏🏻 Gotta hand it to them all for bringing incredible energy into the “take”. I’ve seen just about every RU-vid post of the Raspberries singing live, and the footage from this studio clip is the ONLY time you’ll ever see a scruffy-beard on Eric, probably because they were working such long hours recording take after take. Sleep was probably coming at a premium and there was probably precious little spare time - why waste it on shaving? 😉
I disagree. It's a statement song and is exactly how it should sound. Carmen's voice here is the best he's ever sounded on the charts. This song was the best thing in the entire Dark Shadows remake. lol
