I now have awesome merchandise survivalbeastofficial.com
A channel about Survival, bushcraft, spearfishing, line fishing, and the outdoors in general. This channel is a Survival channel and i only eat what i can catch. I'm comfortable living alone and catching my own food.
Locations are mostly remote tropical islands because i enjoy eating tropical fish and other salt water crustaceans.
There are wild animals and sea creatures i encounter on a daily basis, giant lizards, deadly snakes, spiders, sharks are just some of them.
I film alone. No crew.
I am not afraid of being alone in the wild.
Most of the videos are silent besides natural sounds. I find it hard watching videos where people talked about doing stuff instead of just doing it. The goal is for the viewer to feel as if they were there, taking in the beauty of nature, the sounds of the ocean, rain forest, mountains, pretty much all but the smell.
The refraction of water will affect people's visual judgment, so you must aim about 30 cm in front of the fish, so that the concentration rate is the highest.
couple pointers. look bow the fish, you tend to shoot where you aim. deeper the fish lower the aim point. also I'd recommend solid fiberglass arrows like muzzy or and with suitable fish points and most importantly a retriever. I'd use gloves with the ams system. muzzy makes an excellent push button reel for bows, or even a large casting reel on a short rod. it's extremely rare to arrow a fish n kill it instantly so not using a retriever will result in lost fish n arrows.
I really wish we could get more adventures on this channel. I know youre back home and i suppose indo is near the top of the list to do survival content but Australia is also near the top of the heap too. Fishing may bring you more income though and it does show that it's your passion but damn I loved the videos on this channel a year ago. Give me an hour long survival video (not silent, though. Much prefer the talkies) over any content on this platform.
You must shot in a certain point between you and the fish to compensate a false position that bring you the different refraction coefficient of water and air. That's why you failed every plain-angle shots.
