This builder offers great mortgage rates and incentives when using their preferred lender! They do change every month but they always offer great deals towards your closing costs and upgrades.
Hi Sam! As i mentioned this is the starting price. The final price will depend on the upgrades if you chose any and the lot which is not included. They do have some great move in ready homes in this community with upgrades and lot included in the price.

CDD fee is included in your annual tax bill and is between $1200-1300 annual. And your taxes are approximately 2% of the assessed value. Hi Just so I understand all fees here HoA ~ 500 month, CDD ~ 200 month, taxes on a 600k home 12k, any other fees yo be aware of of does that cover everything? Thanks Tony

Nice well-paced video of this model. We just bought a Lazio at this community and we are exceptionally happy with this decision as we feel it fits our lifestyle very well. People are just so nice here. We did this one our own. While the Taylor Morrison people couldn't be any more helpful and/or accommodating, it would have been nice to have some local representation since we're not from Florida. If I may suggest, specifically identifying what value-added advice and guidance you could add would help choosing you as a local rep. You did a good job on the amenities and lifestyle living but what would have helped us is the design phase. Northern decor and homes feature are very different from Florida so if you are able to provide some assistance during this phase is something I think people would appreciate. Also, if you have a network of building inspectors, furniture stores, windows & shades, closet organizers, and such would be a big help as some things are better priced from someone else other than the builder. Last thought, when going through a model, you do mention the base price but it would help to comment about how much was spend in upgrades are in the model. Good luck to you.
