Haha, weird hearing this for the first time. Have had an LP of this hanging on the wall of my outhouse for 15+ years, but never taken the time to search for it. Thank you random stranger. (How did you stumble upon this gem yourself?)
Kai Warner ist one of the best orchestras from the "Easy Listening Era", so as Ray Conniff, Bert Kaempfert, and many many others, and also his younger brother: James Last. His elder Brother, Robert Last, has even brought to us 8 LPs. And today the son of Kai Warner (=Werner Last) is the famous leader of an great Ballroom Band! Great family, many talents!
😂❤Musik 🎶 🎶 die zu Herzen geht....😍😇🎉Dankeschön für diese ZEITEN der lebendigen HANDGESPIELTEN 🎶 🎶 UND DER TOLLEN MUSIKER 😊 LIEBE GRÜßE GABRIELE Melzer
😮 I would like to know why another collection by Kaempfert titled "Dankeschon" by the same people as this album is on the RU-vid for Kids channel? What the Hell? That's Stupid!
I started to listen to Bert Kaempfert at a very young age . And when i went to Germany for a service training i was able to get a CD of his greatest hits. I Just love hearing his numbers , i am 75 years old and i am now retired ,but not from his music ❤❤
I got hooked on Bert Kaempfert's music while I was in High School, mid 60's. I bought this very album & several others shortly after I graduated High School in 1970 & STILL have & play them often. His arrangement of "Love" is still the BEST I've ever heard. IMO, he's right up there with Glenn Miller's Orchestra, the way he can make all the instruments "talk" back & forth with each other. He was taken from us way too soon in 1980 at age, 56, due to a stroke. Fortunately, his music is still here, available in many stores on DVD.
I once lost the CD that I had kept for a long time and only had the cover, but it suddenly came to mind and I am happy to be able to listen to it again through RU-vid. This is Seoul
Is anybody as nutty as me? I’ll spend as much time in an evening listening to “Country’s Family Reunion” as I spend listening to “The best of Bert Kaempfert”or “A Walk Through the Black Forrest” by Horst Jankowski or The Eagles in Concert? Messed up. Right?
