The Vino's have the same top mount . I opted to weld a 7/8 bar across the frame and use a Honda ruckus GY6 conversion mount for simplicity. Thank you for commenting and watching ‼️

Hey man Ive taken a video that I'd like to show you. I cant diagnose if its a bad starter or where I should start since Ive already put a new battery in it.
I can’t tell u how many times I’ve cleaned my carb, checked coil, thought electric choke went…then after checking EVERYTHING, pulling the valve cover, and realizing the intake valve is so far out, it’s not even closing! 🤦🏻♂️
It has taken me a 100 videos to find the tiny little two stroke oil pump, it is on the right hand side down just in front of the generator and right next to the cylinder head, it was disconnected by the previous owner but I like to use the mixture pumps so ordered another. One thing I cannot find is any drain plug for the engine? Surely the crank gets oil from somewhere!
Thanks for watching ‼️ there is no drain on 2 strokes the engine gets its oil from the 2 Stoke oil mixture. People like to delete the oil tank and premix because if the oil pump goes out the only way you'll know is when the engine locks up.
I wish someone would put a vid up about where to find the dang oil drain! I have looked everywhere and got half the bike apart and still can't find it? 2001 is the oldest Vino and the only two stroke, also where the heck is the two stroke oil pump? It may have been removed by the last owner as he was running it on mix but I prefer tank feed.

hey man i just picked up a 2014 pch-50 lance for 650 and it was running nice and easy, till i changed the gear oil and it started misfiring and making a pop noise in the exhaust, i checked the manual and it said to put in some 85-140 gear oil and so i was confused and did some research and asked some friends and they said to put in some 80-95 gear oil so then i did changed but now the moped wont even show any sign of life, the battery is good because headlight i turn the ignition gas gauge goes up and blinkers work, but when i hold clutch and turn on button i get nothing? Im asking to see if you could help me with this mess i really need it going, and i lost all hope since im new with scooters if you could respond and ill be highly grateful !! thanks!
You always do a great job painting these bikes. I was wondering if I should sand my panels a little bit before I paint them. I was thinking about another color or just clear coating over the original paint to freshen it up.
Thank you ‼️ if you're changing the color wet sand the panels with 600 girt . But it you just want to clear the existing color lightly wet sand it with 1000 grit so you won't burn thru the color. Thank you for commenting and watching ‼️
Hey hello my name is Ezra and I have a 2012 kymco super 8 scooter and I had to change the starter relay but I left it sit for a while and now it won't start the plug is good as I bought a new one and the fuses I changed and still nothing don't know what to do help if you can and thanks and please
I worked on one of these last night. My wire was either too small to make it through the hole in the pilot jet, or it was plugged solid. Even after the ultrasonic. I ended up just buying a new carb. It had sat for six years and the carb was pretty hairy. Nice video. I wish I would have had a bag of pilot jets!!
Thanks for commenting and watching ‼️ Some of those pilot jets are super small I keep an assortment of jets on hand . Sometimes when I have no choice but to reuse a jet and the ultrasonic cleaner won't do the job I boil them in a pot of pine Sol on the stove that works every time.

Funny you bring that up I have an off grid / camping scoot project in my think tank RN ‼️ The amount of lazy I was this weekend could be considered criminal ‼️ 😅 I only took 2 four hour naps changed a tire with my manual tire changer and did 2 oil changes smoked a rack of ribs and a 5 pound pork shoulder in the middle of all of that Sold a scoot . I feel guilty for being so lazy .😂

Hey wanted to ask I’ve got a 2004 Zuma 2t and just was wondering about some speed mods on the stock cylinder. Is there a pipe that I can buy that will work well on the stock cylinder as well as a mild 70cc build? Was thinking about building the motor in the future but don’t want to have to buy 2 pipes.
