Good question. When you do a mailing (or an email) you should always have a- call- to- action. I would suggest stating, "if you would like to take advantage of record high home sale prices based on low inventory levels please let me know-I have buyers." The homeowner can either list or provide you with an "off market" listing. "If you can get me this..."
