I believe it belonged to the Muir Clan, the Campbell’s only took it over later. It was built by the Muir’s and therefore will always be property of the Muir Clan.
Never mind, when they all go bust as a result of that Brexit they voted for, they can look forward to enjoying some Universal Credit, courtesy of that Tory government they probably also voted for. A little harsh? Maybe, but I don't feel very charitably towards people who voted my EU citizenship away based on lies, arrogance, selfishness and stupidity.
The fishermen of Britain were amongst the most fanatic supporters of Brexit. They were dumb to vote for it and even more stupid to believe Bozo's lies. Serves them right.
@@maxwild1212 Voting in a Labour government would have meant a much softer Brexit agreement and, at great pressure from centrists, a second referendum on that deal. The problem is that this country is almost pathologically unwilling to vote against the interests of the tiny-minded, grasping, miserly, monied classes.
@@AtheistEve Don't get me wrong, I largely agree with you. But I also think that Brexit was never going to be anything other than a negative thing, and the best kind of Brexit would have been no Brexit at all.
@@maxwild1212 From a socialist’s perspective, there were solid arguments in favour of leaving but only if the EU made it impossible for us to renationalize our public utilities and infrastructure. Remaining inside would have been preferable, from a progressive, internationalist view, if we could have pressed for reform.
From what I understand there has been several small fires started buy Neds over recent years but nothing big enough to bring the entire Hotel down to the ground ( pitty).
@@alanfox691 The inside of the hotel is soaking wet due to burst water pipes which the council have not turned off, also before it was covered the rain would get in too
I have absolutly no PITY for these Fishermen Ye got what ye wanted 92% of fisherman voted to leave & Now ye are CRYING about Brexit Pure & Utter Greed Serves ye right
Wait till all those food establishments reopen on the continent. They'll be bending the rules all of a sudden and biting your hand off. Continental fishermen are also in the shit. The fish stocks could do with a rest anyway. Not much draft beer or fancy goods being sold either. Funny that. Might be something to do with a pandemic lockdown?
Smoghead doesn't care they think he has a surplus of mirrions of pounds the Scots can't say millions cheap jibe still you can have plenty of happy fish but who to sell it too when your market is EU I like fish , spring lamb and yet you never see it in UK ?
We have start doing these garden rooms, but doing them properly! Not with panels and joining strips ect! So many company’s have got this down to a T now with quick install times but after they have gone you are sat there looking a cheaply made pre fab crap!!! I take my time and do it properly, just the way I’ve been bought up ! Do it once do it right ! Approach , that we do with all our work and that’s what keeps my customers coming back again for their next project in their home or when they have moved
Its NOT a FEAR !!!!! ITS a certainty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boris & Co have stitched up our fishing communities YET AGAIN (Heath did the same in 1973) & FOR WHAT EXACTLY ?
The politician and tabloids lied to the uk people and this is what happens, the EU had no choise but to let the Uk build border. Now they cant sell to the EU, well this is what you wanted, al of the states tried to convince the UK that this was a bad idea( Spain not so mutch). So sad.
I did the princes trust course at Kilmarnock in 2018 and its good to see that ayr made it and plus nice to see the team leaders again Tony Jackie And Bobbie Love you guys
Because Norway, together with Switzerland and the entire EU, are part of the so called EES (European Economic Space). Briefly: EES means you are part of the common market as long as you enforce all the EU legislation.
@@buildingabout3505 Dear BuildingAbout - It's up to Norway to decide on this. They are competent and I'm sure they have considered the pros and cons. For the British: Norway+ immediately considered after the Referendum was an issue, but it could not be accepted, because Norway and Switzerland have free movement, this was the main reason. The "check" word is not fair, Germany and the UK pay a lot to other institutions, within the UN and NATO. Boris Johnson said in Parliament: "The UK will go on after Brexit funding other nations" and then he added: "Those which are of our national interest." The Norwegians have decided that the free market is in their interest.
@@godehardbrysch7905 nobody suggested Norway should or shouldn't do this or that, but if you want British fish on german shelves, they will need to eiter pay , or sell cheap , at a loss. the brits can keep their island for themselves , there's a saying , have your cake and eat it UN , NATO , UNICEF ETC have little to nothing to do with EU. USA is in NATO but not in eu for example. Turkey same. please don't confuse, makes it look like you don't know what you talk about. by funding other nations i believe he was referring to the foreign aid given to former colonies to build toilets. like Pakistan, India etc. you know, the ones they exploited for centuries....
We were bound to have these teething problems to start with. In ten years time (if we're lucky) and we're at the same place we were when we left the EU, everything will be hunky dory, maybe???
It might also have something to do with telling the Euopean fishermen to get out of our waters. You can't talk about them like they're the scum of the earth and expect them to buy your fish..
