Ride your bike on a regular basis and watch RU-vid videos of trick tutorials, ride with other bikers and try to learn from them and just have fun with it
I’ve just started learning bmx in my 38, maaan, when I see these struggles I just scared. Falling when you are 90kg is quite tough. Send you respect vibes though, you’re doing great!
Iv been riding for 23 years. I love watching you young kids learn the sport. Its not about tricks. Its about dedication. Time spent. Making new friends. And just learning how to deal with things. Discouragement will keep you from riding. You will have days you don't want to ride... but never give up. If you need any advice just write me.
They were. I see it as a part of the sport, and I don’t thing you should stop yourself from riding because of fear of injury. Every sport take a toll on your body but I think it’s worth the fun in it
